Pros:

Not enough words in the dictionary to describe how much I enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully designed rooms and location mixed with a wonderful breakfast and staff made the stay more than perfect and forever memorable.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Thoroughly enjoyed everything here.

Get the room with a view of the Matterhorn, it may be one of the best views I've ever had. It is worth the extra money. The spa facilities were also amazing.(nude, so be prepared) Having the goats go right by every morning and afternoon was also a treat.
