Magnifique week-end
Pros:

Comme d’habitude s’était top, le personnel, l’emplacement, le déjeuner et l’équipement… rien à redire

Cons:

Le point négatif mais qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel c’est que Zermatt es un immense chantier présentement et qu’en octobre beaucoup de restaurants son fermer.

I can't wait to return!
Pros:

Every aspect of the hotel was excellent! I would stay here again and again! Room, service, food were exceptional. The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was amazing and unforgettable.

Well and truly pleasant
Pros:

The staff is greatly helpful during the stay - they decorated the room for my secret proposal trip which's greatly appreciated, breakfast was amazing as well. Hotel facilities are great - we really enjoyed the spa and sauna. We will 100% come back.

Frokokosten kunne ha vært litt mer rikholdig, og etterfylt frem til stengetid.

Great location, comfortable environment
Pros:

It was best possible location. Great view from the balcony, close to the highest gondola to the glassier. Great spa, new facility, comfortable furniture, plenty storage for personal belongings.

Perfect hotel for walking in the Alps.

Fantastické ubytování, doporučujeme všem.
Pros:

Děkujeme velmi za příjemný pobyt. Měli jsme objednané dva samostatné pokoje různých kategorií a hotel nám nabídl dva pokoje vedle sebe stejné kategorie. Při příjezdu na nás v pokoji čekala ručně psaná pohlednice s uvítáním, voda a výborný dezert. Snídaně byla komfortní, pestrá a chutná. Ubytování a vybavení dokonalé a pohodlné. Všude opravdu čisto. Personál v celém hotelu byl velmi profesionální, vstřícný a milý. Velmi děkujeme paní recepční ze Slovenska a velmi milé slečně na snídaních. Opravdu si vážíme vašeho přístupu a přátelského chování. Celý pobyt včetně výletů byl pro nás nezapomenutelný a pevně věříme, že jsme se neviděli naposledy. Určitě si pobyt u vás zopakujeme. Ještě jednou moc, moc DĚKUJEME!
