Good location to be near restaurants and bars
Not very clean- stained duvet, untidy.
The bathrooms are outdoors and uncovered in some parts, you were rained on if trying to use the toilet & no feeling of privacy.
Staff were friendly enough but couldn’t communicate very well and were very disorganised.
Place looks awesome, there is a beautiful view from the pool with very warm water, and depending on which house you end up - you might have view at Mount Agung (Bali), food was really good and staff was very friendly, remote location (better use a taxi, we walked there from Harbour and it is really a hill) so it was quiet and calm there (just some roosters made sounds every morning but they are everywhere on Nusa Penida), WiFi and AC worked perfectly
At first when we arrived it looked like there is no reservation for my name, but after few phone calls from reception person to somebody else it was luckily found and we could enjoy our stay
One thing that seemed like it could be better is lock system from inside the house - it didn’t feel very secure
Het personeel was vriendelijk en erg bereid te helpen. Via hun hebben we ook de taxi naar de haven geregeld.
- er zaten mieren op de kamer
- de balkon deur was niet af te sluiten waardoor er het ‘s nachts katten bij ons naar binnen kwamen
- zowel in de badkamer als de kamer zat schimmel
- er zaten op het matras en het dekbed overtrek en de kussen
- de muggendoek zat ook onder de vlekken

Okay overall (for what you pay), but photos can be a bit misleading. The staff kept the room clean daily, which is cool.
The doors wouldn't latch, there was mold on curtains and some of the pillows. The TV didn't work, the remote controller of the AC had only a few functions working. The location is challenging if you're with a scooter as the path there isn't asphalt, but dirt and rocks.

The room is nice and welcoming
The room is nice but you enter from the bathroom at ground floor and then go upstairs to the bedroom. When we arrived the bed was covered in ants and the water in the bathroom was not coming out. Also Wi-Fi unstable.
The pool was about all that was nice and good about the place.
The 300 meter road is very dangerous to get to the place, the staff are very uncooperative, you don't get any privacy in the whole space and area.

It was in a very beautiful area and the pool was beautiful and nice. The bungalows were clean and comfortable. There also was a pool table
The umbrella’s by the pool did not provide shadow, so we were not able to sit by the pool in the shadow. The road to the resort was very rough and hard to drive on

Great hotel with a very huge and cosy bathroom space... Nice room amidst the nature... Only bad thing is the road leading to the resort is worst..
The status of the road is dangerous to drive for scooters and narrow for cars
