super hôtel pied dans l'eau la mer super propre je nageais avec les petits poissons
Pros:

le petit déj etait correct varié beaucoup de choix hôtel tres bien situé en plein centre de gumbet station de dolmus juste à côté de l'hôtel pour descendre à bodrum city la chambre vue sur mer parfaite spacieuse et tres propre sans oublier l'animation chaque soir

Cons:

la connexion internet etait peu faible heureusement que j'avais acheté une e sim

Le personnel etait au petit soin l’emplacement qui est pied dans l’eau aussi le restaurant et le bar qui etait directement sur la plage privée propreté remarquable de la chambre et meme l’établissement en general

Highly recommended 😍😍
Pros:

Firstly the Staff: all departments from reception to cleaning, maintenance, kitchen, animation team or beach cleaning guys are hard working people and always ready to help.
Checkin was super smooth. The new guy Ahmed received us from Taxi to room he spoke many languages and a very friendly guy. The room what we booked we got, with sea view on top floor.
Room service and cleaning was excellent. We were satisfied.

Food is extra ordinary. There is big variety and everyday changes. In each meal there is live Grill with big choice.
Kitchen manager Farouk is a hard working guy with his team. He reaches out to every single guest personally.

Animation team is Super active. Good chemistry with guests.

Tour organisers Idris and Adnan are very friendly. Especially Idris is very knowledgeable person with his multiple languages skills and international work experiences.

We did late check-out. The Sami beach Hotel has a separate bathroom and dressing for that purpose.

They take of every need.

We would definitely recommend.

Hope to stay there again soon.

Denize sıfır her şey dahil sistemde harika bir otel deneyimi oldu.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çalışkan.Yemek ve içecek çeşitleri bol ve lezzetli.Merkeze ulaşım kolay.Animasyonlar harika.Deniz kumsal mükemmel.Temizlik her gün yapıldı.

Cons:

Restoran kalabalik saatlerde aşırı sıcak oluyor.

Entspannung, Erholung und tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Hotel ist direkt am Meer

Cons:

Das die Bar um 23::00 Uhr schließt. Hinter dem Hotel ist eine große Disco und die Musik geht bis morgens um 4/5 Uhr. Es war sehr laut.

Pros:

У отеля отличное расположение, очень приветливый персонал, разнообразная кухня. Особенно хочется отметить наличие spa салона на территории отеля - работают настоящие профессионалы, я получила море удовольствия от поездки.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to the sea. View from our room. Good food with no surprises.

Cons:

Its evident that the hotel is old and in desperate need of glow up. Doors with gaps and difficulty to close, common seating area cushions with holes. Packed beach with still not enough of sun beds. Cover bedding was awful and scrachy on the skin. The last thing that really broke the camels back was the noise from a nearby hotels and clubs. I'm fairly young however it was so loud and unbearable to fall asleep. To sum up: for the price I paid (1316 euro) for 5 nights I think it wasn't worth the hassle and would suggest to shop somewhere else

Old and ugly hotel with dirty rooms and shit marks on the toilet seat
Pros:

Location and the fact they agreed to refund the full amount.

Cons:

Room and hotel was not clean. The toilet had shit marks on the toilet seat. In the aisle there was a room service cart standing with dirty towels and used tissues for hours. The room which was written as sea view is actually pool view and upon asking to change to the sea view they said we are fully booked and you can see the sea from the inclined angle. The hotel is not at all for foreigners and only for locals where the food is mediocre with frozen chicken being used. I asked a refund which they gave but had no option and had to stay one night by direct paying to the hotel and rooms didn't even have the phones to call the reception and need to go there if you need them. The hotel is very old and key cards doesn't work properly and check out time 12:00pm but they knocked the door at 08:38am. The faculty is nice but most of them don't want to speak because they are shy to speak English. Overall very annoying experience! And hotel is not at all 3 star and not worth to go. Don't fall for the trap!
