El alojamiento estaba en el centro de los llanos de aridane. El personal del hotel muy agradable
Los días que estuve alojada había calima en la isla y hacia mucho calor y la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. Afortunadamente había un ventilador que dejó al menos dormir
Die Betten sind bequem, die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der junge Mann und die junge Frau an der Rezeption, ausgesprochen freundlich, und man hat den Eindruck, dass sie gerne ihren Job machen. Man fühlt sich willkommen.
La posición es invidiable, perfecta como punto de salida para recorrer la isla, y del balcón había una vista muy buena!
El hotel es super limpio, me alojé en la segunda planta y mi habitación era acogedora y con una cama muy cómoda.
El trato genial, el personal siempre muy disponible para solucionar dudas y dar consejos muy útiles para explorar la isla: todo un acierto!

Loved the friendly staff.. especially Raquel. Loved the location and the link to local parking a short distance away. The views from the roof terrace were amazing.
Couldn't fault anything. This may be classed as 1 star but the staff and service were above and beyond. Be aware there is no lift. We were convinced they added an extra step to the staircase every night. Or maybe our old bones were complaining. But we'd happily return here. It was an excellent base for our week.
