Hotel is clean, noisy at night!
Pros:

Bed was comfy, hotel room was clean. TV was great!

Cons:

The air con didn’t really work, it was very warm. I even asked to have them look at it and no one came. The reviews said the staff were super helpful, but the two men I meet couldn’t speak much English and was hard to ask questions. I wouldn’t say the area was amazing, it was very loud at nighttime. You could hear lots of traffic.

Les réceptionnistes de jour comme de nuit étaient d’une gentillesse extrême et d’une grande aide !!! Je les en remercie donc si vous souhaitez découvrir ce que c’est que l’hospitalité albanienne je vous assure que cela vaut le détour . Les chambres sont fonctionnelles , propres te cela vaut le prix

Prima verblijf, fijne service!
Pros:

Verblijf was goed! We werden lief geholpen door het personeel.

Cons:

De hygiëne was niet het beste van het hotel. Al proberen ze wel hun best te doen roken onze kamers naar sigaretten rook.

I liked the large, comfortable bed, the facilities and the balcony.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise from both inside and outside the hotel. Also, the staff that couldn't speak English ignored your requests or kept forwarding your call, very unprofessional.

Great stay in the outskirts of Tirana
Pros:

We had some troubles with our car rental, Star Inn was very generous and easy with late check-out and luggage storage!

Cons:

The rooms at the street side (in the sun) can get quite hot, but the AC helps.
