Pros:

建物は古い感じはあるものの、掃除や、リフォームなどで清潔感はあった。お風呂も、大浴場などたくさんの種類があり、シャンプー、ドライヤーなどたくさんの種類があって良かった。

Cons:

大浴場に段差が多く、こうれいのかたは、大変そうだった。水質は、イマイチだったが、いろんな温度のお風呂が良い

スタッフさんの笑顔。特に食事処のあずさの皆さんは、明るく元気で好感がもてました。朝食も個人的には３店舗の中で１番良かった。信州の野菜をたくさん頂き元気になりました。味付けも好みでした。
