Recepción y desayuno.
Pros:

De las dos personas que se ocuparon de la recepción el mayor con barbita EXCELENTE!!! No recuerdo su nombre.
El más joven era muy poco profesional y educado.

Cons:

La mala recepción cuando llegamos por parte de un joven que se pasó 40 minutos hablando por teléfono sin atendernos.

Por otro lado el hotel debería tener una cafetera preparada para evitar que para tomar el desayuno la persona de recepción venga a preparar el café.

Pros:

Vintage building with nice breakfast near beach.

Cons:

Rooms could use some updating, parking is not ideal. Location is by the beach, but the other side of town is nicer. Area probably better suited to younger crowd.

Lovely stay, convenient for station, beach and old village.
Pros:

Very close to the beach. Could easily walk everywhere in the village, lots of fish restaurants in the old part, other side of the castle. Comfy beds. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Tea and coffee in room was a bit sparse

Un beau petit hôtel, en bord de plage. Le service et l'accueil était parfait. Sans compter, l'accès à la salle à manger où nous avons déguster l'un de nos meilleurs repas en Italie.

Pros:

The location is great, the receptionists are very friendly

Cons:

The room was very dark and not with a view we have expected even though in the Booking description it said the room has a view, our view was just a wall of other hosue. In general the atmosphere is being in an "old house"

Velmi sa nam pacila poloha ubytovania,hned cez ulicu bola plaz a blizko boli schody na horne namestie,hrad a do mesta.Vyborne a kvalitne ranajky,len nam trosku chybala zelenina.Personal bol velmi ustretovy,pozicali nam na plaz dazdnik a dovolili nam nechat si batozinu aj po check in ulozenu na recepcii do nasho odchodu.

Pros:

Suite war schön, aber direkt an der Straße.. Direkte Lage an der Promenade, doch leider auch sehr laut. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke im Hotel und vor allem außerhalb war enorm groß. Das ist eine wirkliche Hauptverkehrstraße, weil alle Fahrzeuge hier vorbei müssen. Wir waren im Mai dort. Gar nicht vorzustellen, woe das ab Juli ist. Ich konnte zwei Nächte nicht schlafen.Es wurde eine Kommunion gefeiert und das Personal war eher bemüht, sich um das Tusche rücken zu kümmern, daher war ein von zwei Frühstücken eine Katastrophe. Das zweite war schon besser. In der zweiten Nacht um 24:00 wurden die Tische dann wieder zurückgeschoben. Das hat mich auf die Palme gebracht, weil ich wegen des Verkehrs kaum schlafen konnte.

Great location and very friendly staff

Excellent hotel in the beautiful Scilla. The rooms are beautiful, the beach is 50m away and the breakfast buffet had great variety of all typical Italian items. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel agréable et propre. Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse. Très bien situé, restaurant à proximité, tout en étant au calme. Train à proximité, pour circuler c est pratique.

Les coups de canon le matin. C'est assez surprenant

Pros:

Hotel in posizione ottimale, a 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Avevamo una camera standard. Arredamento semplice e funzionale, zanzariere alle finestre, doccia grande, letto comodo con diversi tipi di cuscino. Colazione abbondante salata e dolce.
Una menzione particolare per il ristorante, specializzato in piatti di pesce: ottimo!

Cons:

La camera era un po' buia.
