Pros:

Stayed in executive suite. It was very comfortable.

Staff were very pleasant. Food was excellent..

Cons:

Room and bathroom lacked an adjustable mirror for applying makeup and shaving.
Also, there was no disposable shower cap in bathroom.

Pros:

The location was nice. The bed was comfy

Cons:

It was a very long way from reception to our room along numerous corridors and stairs. You even had to walk through the main crowded bar area to get to the rooms. We had to wait 5 minutes for someone to appear at the reception desk when we arrived!!

All the the staff were vey pleasant and we would have no hesitation staying there again
Pros:

We had dinner the evening we arrived and it was well presented, tasty and value for money. Breakfast is a buffet style plenty of food. The lady serving tea and coffee at breakfast was most helpful and very pleasant.

Hotel was lovely
Pros:

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

I found the room cold and couldnt find how to turn the temperature up

Great friendly staff. Food in the bar was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was a bit cold. Window left open on arrival and struggled to heat the room up. Rooms are a bit dated.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very large parking lot. Personnel friendly, but to the point of doing a great job.
The room had windows that opened, and ours looked into a somewhat wooded area.
Breakfast, served in The Terrace Room. Offered hot buffet style breakfast along with fruits, danish & yougurt.
Dinner was one of the best in 5 week trip (Sea bass & Curry chicken).
This is a boutique type of hotel (40 rooms) that serve towards weddings and conferences - wouldn't suggest for family with young children.
