値段相応。
Pros:

スタッフの誠実さが伝わった

Cons:

大浴場の着替え物入れがロッカーではないところ。カゴはやはりセキュリティに欠ける。スリッパも他の人が間違えて吐いていってしまいそうで嫌だった。
+お風呂内での外国人のマナーの悪さ。

初夏のスティー♪
Pros:

スムーズなチェックインとお部屋からの眺めがよく、ソファー座り心地もよかったです。
インフォメーションフロントにアメニティあり、朝のコーヒー☕嬉しく、紅茶パック充実してました。電子レンジと氷サービス最適でした。館内着も嬉しかったです

Cons:

お吸い物や、味噌汁パックあるとさらに、よいかなとおもいました。タオル交換できるサービスあったらいいなぁと

化粧水パックや乳液パックあると便利です。
スマホおきサービス小物入れがあったら、探さなくてすむかと！

アメニティの袋入れがあるかとおもったらなくて、荷物が沢山あり、手が塞がり、ルームキーがあけづらくて、不便さを感じました。

この時期　冷蔵庫？が小さすぎ　冷えてるのか？という感じでした。
モーター音がベッドサイドでうるさかったので　必要でない為電源を切ろうとしたがスイッチがわからず　モーター音だけが非常に気になりすぎてしまいました

HOTELの大浴場は気持ち良かった。
Pros:

宿泊料金が破格の料金でした。欲を言えば、夜10時過ぎにチェックイン予定でしたので、寝るだけのような状態だったので、あともう少しお安いプランがあっても有難いです。
お部屋の清潔感がありました。
大浴場は良かった。

Cons:

部屋が狭い。クイーンサイズベッドの周りも動きづらい、冷蔵庫扉もペットボトル水入れたが開けにくい、冷蔵庫も冷えなかった。
都市型ホテルの安いプランの部屋だから仕方ないと思う。
氷が出る機械は2Fのレストラン、大浴場が有る階まで行かないとないと思う。

Tokyo fun
Pros:

Very good location of the bus line. Very clean hotel with a great hot springs pool on the second floor. Front desk has coffee and tea. Needs were comfortable.
