It was quiet, yet situated in a top location. The staff were genuinely so helpful! The rooms felt modern and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We felt that there was a lack of amenities compared to the other hotels we had stayed in; for example, there was no coffee at the property and we were told we would have to walk to the sister hotel (only a short walk away) and buy from there. We just had to stock up all the little bits prior to our second night. The rooms are deceptively small, and it was a real pain when travelling as we had no space four our luggage. We stayed for 5 nights in an Essential King a room; overall we had an enjoyable stay, it just falls a little shy of the other places whilst here in Japan (unfortunately, as this was the place we looked forward to the most).
