Aconchego e proximidade para conhecer Lugano
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e a poucos metros do lago Lugano e demais pontos turísticos. O quarto tem uma varanda bem gostosa para passar o fim do dia tomando um aperitivo e contemplando a paisagem.

Cons:

Tudo correu bem durante a estadia.

Pros:

Hôtel avec parking privé payant, proche du centre à pied. Terrasse extérieure pour prendre le petit déjeuner (varié).

Cons:

Certaines parties de l hôtel mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.
Salle de bain un peu petite.

Für kurze Auffenthalt war es ok,
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von dem See. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Restaurant bietet leckere Essen/ Pizza an. Das Personal war nett. die matraze war bequem

Cons:

Erstnal die Dusche im Bad , schmale Eingang wurde gebaut .
Servicekraft am Frühstück war nicht aufnerksam, die Auffüllüng klappte irgendwie nicht gut . War ständig mit der Kaffemaschine beschäftigt, Keine große Ausswahl bei Frühstück .
Bei der Rechnung mussten wir Parkplatztgebühr bezahlen .

Mit dem Bus (alle 15min) die Innenstatt in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.
Ich durfte mein Gepäck nach dem Check-Out den ganzen Tag deponieren.

Cons:

Es scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein.
Die gut befahrenen Strassen hört man gut.

Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt in Lugano und Umgebung
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, alles da. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parken gegen Gebühr möglich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Lage ist ok, mit Bus in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Preis/Leistung hat gestimmt.

Cons:

Etwas Schatten am Morgen beim Frühstück wäre schön.
