Ótima estadia neste hotel em Lugano!
Pros:

Gostei do quarto do hotel e do café da manhã. A localização também é boa, muito fácil de chegar e sair para a estação de trem e para o centro.

היי, קבלת הפנים הייתה טובה מאד. יש חניה במלון ( תגיעו מוקדם)ויש מזגן טוב. נותנים כמו בכל המלונות כרטיס נסיעה בתחבורה הציבורית חינם וזה היה מועיל מאד כי הדרך למלון הייתה בעליה. ארוחת בוקר משביעת רצון. ביצים קשות, עגבניות שרי 2 סוגי גבינות קשות. יוגורט ועוד. נוף חלקי לאגם. שהינו 2 לילות והיה טוב מאד.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage: Nähe See, Zentrum, Bahnhof, Bergbahn San Salvatore. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Frühstück klein, aber fein. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Preis-Leistung stimmte außerdem wirklich gut. Würden wieder kommen.

Nettes Hotel nah am Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Die Lage, das Ticinio ticket, Zimmer zwar klein, hat aber alles was man braucht und auch sauber.

Cons:

Die Preisliste der Minibar war nicht vorhanden. Ich möchte dem Hotel nicht unterstellen, dass die Liste bewusst so platziert wurde, dass sie dem Gast nicht auffällt. Für mich gehört eine Minibar Preisliste jedoch unmittelbar bei der Minibar dazu, und dort war sie nicht auffindbar. Die Rezeptionistin konnte beim Check-out am Sonntagmorgen leider nicht sachlich darüber sprechen oder Verständnis dafür zeigen, dass die Liste im Zimmer fehlen könnte; stattdessen schien es ihr wichtiger zu sein, recht zu haben. Das hat den ansonsten guten Gesamteindruck leider etwas negativ beeinflusst. Fairerweise muss ich aber auch sagen, dass das Personal am Vorabend durchaus freundlich und zuvorkommend war.

Pros:

Hotel bien situé, à proximité d'arrêts de bus et assez proche du centre-ville. La chambre était bien aménagée et confortable pour quatre personnes. Présence de climatisation, qui permet de bien dormir en période de canicule. Petit-déjeuner bon et varié.

Cons:

La chambre aurait pu être un peu plus grande pour quatre personnes.

I am surprised that Booking.com lost this hotel on their website for vacationers.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Old. Very old. Needs lots of renovations. Water was barely trickling from the shower. No staff to help after 7 pm. We needed help but we had to wait until the landlord came out from his apartment to solve our problem. He was grumpy for calling him although it was only 8 pm.
