酒店老板为我安排了接机，酒店位置离沙滩也很近。在我不知道房费不包括早餐的情况下，酒店老板也非常慷慨地没有收我早餐费用。员工们也非常友善，总体体验非常好。
The hotel owner arranged an airport pickup for me, and the hotel is located very close to the beach. Even though I wasn't aware that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, the owner generously didn't charge me for it. The staff were also very friendly, and overall, it was a great experience.
酒店离市中心（一日游旅行社，中餐馆等等）有点远，但这不是酒店本身的问题。
The hotel is a bit far from the city center (day-trip agencies, Chinese restaurants, etc.), but that is not an issue with the hotel itself.
Le calme,la piscine,proche de la mer et 15 minutes a pied le long de la plage pour aller au quartier ou ya l ambiance.la patronne tatianna est super gentille moindre souci elle ai la pour le regler et les employer sont tous gentit.je vous le recommande sans problemes
Le personnel du gardien à la patronne rien a dire tous au top. Le calme après 22h. L emplacement, la piscine.
Quelques fois bruyant en journee lorsque l'on veut se reposer, parfois des événements tel que anniversaire ou bien des personnes avec enfants ou pas venues profiter de la piscine et du restaurant le week end.

La liberté mais tout en respectant les autres vacanciers , la réactivité du personnel : serviable , à l'écoute et sympathie.
Les moustiques : certes c'est naturel mais quand ca pique trop souvent , ca dérange certains moments de la journée
Le service était nickel. La patronne est très accueillante, chaleureuse et très disponible.
La struttura è bella e lo staff gentile (anche se volevano farmi pagare l'aria condizionata a parte, che invece nella prenotazione era inclusa e quindi non l'ho poi pagata)
La posizione per le mie esigenze è pessima. Si trova all'interno, a oltre 1 km dalla strada principale. Impossibile muoversi senza tuk tuk, soprattutto di sera perchè non c'è illuminazione.

Très chaleureux et accueillant établissement où la simplicité rime avec efficacité ! Un wifi performant et une cuisine excellente, le tout avec la bienveillance et le beau sourire d’Anicette.

Super endroit
- le personnel est au top souriant et arrangeant : Sandy, Edouard, Anisette, Aimé et Rodel…
- petit hôtel calme la plupart du temps. Permet de se relaxer au bord de la piscine.
-accès à la plage pour coucher de soleil à 5min à pied.
- assez loin de toute l’agitation de la ville.
- possibilité de payer par virement (compte français) car pas de CB accepté.
- parfois un peu de bruit vu que ce sont des cabanons suivant si les clients sont respectueux ou non.
- peu de restaurant autour.

They have a great tour guide collaborating with the hotel, who you can book all the standard tours with (Nosy Iranja, Lokobe etc)
Only a few steps away from the beach but on the other side from the city (10m tuktuk drive or 30 walk along the beach)
No hot shower - but it was ok, as it’s warm enough in Nosy Be
Although it is not directly the hotels fault, but be prepared for a lot of guests who obviously come for the sex tourism and also bring their company to the hotel.
Un superbe endroit, parfaitement situé, à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des activités de loisirs. L’équipe est exceptionnelle, toujours disponible, souriante et réactive. Un grand merci à Edouard et Anicette pour leur gentillesse et leur attention, sans oublier le reste de l’équipe. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
