We enjoyed the room and stay in Sekai, please give the acoustic insulation some thought.
Pros:

A super nice designed room that sleeps out while family. With the personal check in it was good to find but a bit off the beaten track.

Cons:

The same room on top of us was noisy (small ceiling) so you could hear other guests or cleaning staff clearly when present.

Pros:

Cons:
