Pros:

Historic and well maintained hotel. Location inside the fort made all of Galle's tourist highlights within walking distance. They made a lovely decorative display on the bed for our honeymoon. The Sri lankan breakfast was good.

Beautiful building with lovely furniture and the biggest bed ever.

Beautiful old fort stay in Galle
Pros:

Loved this accommodation, the location is perfect as well as the ambiance. Beds were so large that 3 of us could comfortably sleep on one bed. Short walk to all Galle attractions, beautiful souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We are so glad we booked this accommodation for our last 2 nights in Sri Lanka ....it was a highlight of our stay in the country.

Cons:

We booked the half board option and have to say that dinners were just ok.

Pros:

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Heritage Hotel Galle. The staff was very helpful from welcoming us to accommodating our requests throughout our stay. The hotel was lso conveniently located to all the main attractions in Galle.

A wonderful stay in a really lovely hotel in a fabulous location.
Pros:

Fabulous location and very friendly helpful staff.
Room was very comfortable with a huge bed!
Breakfast was excellent.

Pros:

The vibe, the dutch style architecture made the place look truly surreal. The pictures on booking.com don't do justice to how beautiful the hotel was. Our room, the corridors and frangipani trees is what I will remember from this stay. Though Gall fort town itself is not too big either but this hotel.was very centrally located from all key attractions!

Cons:

Breakfast was set menu and quite nice, however, simple things like pancakes too them half an hour to make. Rest of the breakfast was quite delicious and presented like a Michelin star restaurant 😋

Fantastic choice for our last night in Sri Lanka. Very welcoming staff and welcome foot massage! Beautiful room, very clean and cool. Excellent location, great choice of restaurants nearby and lots of shops for last minute gifts. Really enjoyed the breakfast, we opted for a mix of continental and Sri Lankan and there was a very generous amount!
