Struttura unica, cena ottima ma colazione dolce deludente
Pros:

Una struttura unica nel suo genere, il design e i materiali di legno e bambu uniti agli arredi sono la vera chicca di questo luogo ideato per rilassarsi, con molte sale lettura e tanta ecosostenibilità, riso, vino e prodotti locali lo rendono unico anche perché immerso nelle risaie giapponesi. Cena alla carta ottima.

Cons:

La cosa più deludente è stata la colazione, che invece molti decantano ma ve lo spiego io il perché. Vale per la gente del posto abituata alla colazione salata, assolutamente variegata ma se si vuole accontentare una clientela italiana ecco che arrivano i problemi. Manca completamente un comparto dolce che piace molto a noi italiani e con una pasticceria come Kymuraia così eccellente e distante pochi passi a piedi dalla struttura e’ inaccettabile pensare che non possano collaborare. Inoltre non avevano la minima varietà di latti vegetali, soia, avena, mandorla ma soprattutto riso (visto che siamo in mezzo alle risaie), ci sono molti intolleranti al glutine nella società di oggi e in questo hotel così moderno e lungimirante non hanno pensato alla celiachia. Inoltre noi siamo stati ad Hakone (zona termale rinomata del Giappone) e facevano entrare tranquillamente le persone con il Kimono dedicato alla Spa e all’Onsen, non vedo perché ci hanno costretto a cambiarci per accedere al ristorante, ci hanno offerto una divisa di tutto rispetto che non aveva nulla che potesse essere vietato. Probabilmente non è un hotel pensato per gli onsen perché sono carini e ben fatti, soprattutto le cabine doccia, ma le vasche termali sono davvero molto piccole, si poteva fare di meglio. Peccato, gli spazi e le risorse ci sono ma non sono stati sfruttati a dovere.

Anniversary stay was fun and relaxing.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, but there was quite a bottleneck of people wanting food! The food was placed down a narrow walkway which made getting food a bit difficult. The selection of local food was really good and we both ate a lot!

The bath was very nice. This stay I used the indoor bath and the facilities were very nice, clean and mostly well thought out, although there were only a few stations for drying hair afterwards.

Cons:

There was a big cobweb in the hallway to our room! I know they are hard to see in certain lights, but I wasn't able to call anyone's attention to it.

We didn't receive any kind of receipt for our room. Perhaps we should have asked for one, but I assumed we would be given one.

We had a large double bed and one side of the bed was so close to the window that it was difficult to get into bed on that side. Moving the bed a little further away from the window might have helped.

Also, no BS channels on the TV and no ability to cast streaming services to the TV? For a hotel that wants/tries to appeal to foreign visitors it might be a mistake.

Had a great visit – highly recommend!!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful in trying to arrange transportation for my bike. I really appreciate all of the extra effort they put into it. The sauna and open air Hot Springs make it very easy to relax after a hard day of riding. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

サウナと浴室のデザイン､ロケーションが素晴らしい。ライブラリーのセレクトが良いし、返却システムもストレスフリー。

Cons:

建築が独特のデザインで、客室までのルートが覚えにくく迷子になりそう。案内表示が小さくてわかりにくい。

朝食が美味しい

Cons:

風呂が狭すぎる。あの人数を泊めるのになぜあんなに狭いのか不思議。別の建物から風呂に行くのが遠くて大変。なかなか辿りつけず、迷う。洗い場が数個しかなく、裸のまま空くのを待つことになる。湯船も小さく、芋洗い状態。残念です。

Formidable
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, parfait pour y rester plusieurs jours. Parking gratuit juste en face. La propreté est impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner est le meilleur que j'ai goûté au Japon. Une multitude de plats sont proposés au buffet, tous meilleurs les uns que les autres, cuisinés avec des produits locaux. Le cadre, une terrasse au-dessus des rizières et face au Gassan est exceptionnel. Sans parler de l'onsen, un véritable luxe le soir en revenant de randonnée.
