The hotel might be okay if you need to stay just for 1 night near the Istiklal, but its definitely not worse for the mon

Very friendly and smiley staff. Good location, just 1 minute walk to Istiklal street.

Cons:

Extremely small room, the bed is just at arms length from the door. Bed is rather comfortable but the linen is synthetic which is not pleasant. The room is modern with nice design but it needs to be renovated, all the furniture is worn out. There are safe and small fridge in room. The bathroom is also very small, slippers are as cheap as as possible made of synthetic material, impossible to wear. We had French balcony, but the view was terrible - to a blank metal wall. Poor soundproofing - you can hear everything that’s going on in the hallway.

Lovely, well-appointed & well located
Pros:

A lovely hotel, perfect for a couple to explore Istanbul. Very clean, well equipped with a nice spa if you want it. Fantastic staff on the front desk - very friendly and super helpful. Excellent location but also down a quiet side street so felt peaceful even though it was well connected!

it was ok
Pros:

the location was great, the stuff was very good and polite, hamam was ok

Cons:

first of all the cups in my room were dirty, it was not pleasant at all
there was no breakfast (but while choosing and booking a booked an option with breakfast)
Also it was kinda noisy because smn was always screaming and arguing at night. And my room was very very dark
speaking of hamam - it was ok but not the best one as well as massage

Pros:

Персонал очень отзывчивый - заселение комфортное, очень удобное расположение. Красивый холл, есть большой лифт и ресторан при отеле. Другие кафе и рестораны и магазины - 2 минуты ходьбы, метро буквально 5 минут.
Есть маленький магазинчик рядом, удобно.

Cons:

Номер подуставший, на фото более свежо выглядел. Дверь в ванной комнате не закрывалась на защелку, так же пол показался не первой свежести, ходить только в тапочках. Напор воды в душе был плохой и то горячая, то холодная вода.
