Friendly staff, very clean. You can tell from first glance that the management and staff have pride in the property. Their snack purchase area was stocked full and faced. Room was immaculately clean except for the window that hand handprints and smudges. No worries, I learned my girlfriend left them on the window when she pressed her hands and face against it to look at the lovely cows outside our room. This place is immaculate. There is some type of award on the wall in the lobby which is in the shape of a diamond which I can tell was very much earned. I’m a hotel snob, so I had low expectations, but I would recommend this place to anyone who stays in the area. Mount Rushmore was an easy 20-30 min drive so stopped along our trip. Just can’t say thank you enough for clearly understanding and executing expectation. The Best in the West hehe.

1 seule machine à laver et 1 seul séchoir pour tout l’établissement, sans que le temps avant la fin du cycle ne soit affiché : il faut miser uniquement sur la chance pour espérer pouvoir laver son linge, ou patienter pendant une durée indéterminée !
Personnel peu arrangeant pour faire de la monnaie : nous avons dû retirer de l’argent dans un ATM pour récupérer 2 dollars en pièces.

From the front desk, the cleaning crew, the breakfast crew… Everything has been incredible and everyone is so friendly and helpful! I am a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness, and this is one of the cleanest hotels we have been to. From higher end to the regulars, this is as clean as any!
