Great place. Food really good and the staff are great. Particularly Akif who is very friendly and professional.
I will be coming back with the kids next time.

Beautiful hotel, the staff are genuinely so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pools, waterpark and entertainment were also really good. 5 minute walk away is a load of shops. Our room was beautiful and they also upgraded us for free. Would definitely stay here again.

Currently here on holiday with family. This is a fantastic resort, so clean, staff attentive food is good.

We stayed here between 15th may and 24th of may and honestly we have loved our stay at greenwood suites. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The food is all lovely and lots of choice. The room was nice and big and clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Best stay in Turkey ever – Greenwood Suites Resort, Antalya

We have just returned from Greenwood Suites Resort in Antalya on 20/05/2026, and I can honestly say this was our best stay in Turkey ever. We had two rooms (1705 and 1711), and everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent contemporary-designed rooms that are modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Both rooms were spotless, and the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. It was also fantastic that all rooms have air conditioning, which worked perfectly throughout our stay.

One of the standout features was the excellent WiFi, which worked brilliantly all over the hotel—something that can be rare when travelling, but here it was reliable everywhere.

The staff were outstanding. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Their professionalism and willingness to assist really made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel facilities are amazing, especially the swimming pools—there are around 8 pools, all offering something different, with entertainment happening throughout the whole day, making the atmosphere lively and fun for both adults and children.

For families, the kids’ entertainment at night was absolutely amazing and kept everyone entertained.

The food was another major highlight. There was an excellent choice of food, with plenty of restaurants available, including buffet options and à la carte dining. It was fantastic that food was available late into the night, giving lots of flexibility.

I would also say: do not believe some of the negative comments others have written. Our experience was nothing but positive, and we could not fault the hotel.

Greenwood Suites Resort delivered everything we wanted—comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, fantastic food, and brilliant entertainment. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.

Stayed a week from 9th may, Fantastic hotel, room was clean and spacious. It also had a full sized fridge freezer and washing machine which was so handy! Staff were all absolutely lovely, very polite and helpful. The location is great, there’s plenty to do around the hotel and lots of activities within 30 mins of the hotel, beach is a 5 minute walk away or the have a shuttle there hourly. Food was good. Lots of choice, so much fresh fruit and salad. We were at the hotel every meal and never ran out of choices even my kids found plenty they liked! Drinks were very good, good selection and very good measures! Swimming pools were clean and well maintained, every area is always very well staffed. The water park is really good always games etc going on. There also 3 separate pools elsewhere in the hotel which are quieter if the water park is too much for you. Overall really nice hotel, close to the airport and you get good value for money.

We had an amazing time with the Animation Team and all the activities! The program was fun, energetic, and really well organized. A special thank you to Sait and Mehmet who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made everyone feel included. Their positive energy truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — we made wonderful memories here!

We have had an amazing holiday at greenwood. All staff have been so friendly, even when the language barrier gets in the way. The entertainment team have all been great, getting all the kids involved, even our eldest who is a little shy usually. My youngest has made a great friend in Radik. He has made her feel so welcome, and her little face lights up when she sees his face. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children.

We have had an amazing experience here at greenwood suites. All staff have been so friendly. The animators have been amazing, and my youngest loves Radik and hiwi. They have made the holiday so enjoyable. They cater for all ages, and make even the most nervous feel welcome. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not regret it.

Stayed here for a week 12 to18 may. Good and bad .

Swimming pools and slides are brill.
Loads of sunbeds.

Bad.

Not enough staff in hotel.always waiting for drinks. 5 staff in dining room and people queuing to get own drinks.
Lobby bar always had a queue in the evening with 1 staff pouring drinks.9pm show even worse. I was queuing and 9 people in front. Waiting like 5 to 10 mins for a drink is bad. Need more staff. I told them this twice and nothing changed. Guest relations coming round and asking if everything is OK 4 or 5 times. Told them about queuing and nothing. They phoned our room 2 times and asked if everything OK. And phoned again near end and asked for good feedback on here.
Food. Acceptable but repetitive. Not a lot of choice. One day there was beef stew, chicken drumsticks , bbq chicken and kebab for the meat selection. Of course meat is the most expensive but come on. Give us some more variety. I had chips every day because there was no other choice of potatoes. Except 1 night they had potatoe wedges.
The worst thing was the hot dog sausages for lunch were used at night. They put 2 on a plate and dressed them up with sauce and garnish. WOW. this is not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Other hotels in area like miracle resort or limak lara have about 3 or 4 times the selection of food.
Beach.
Advert says 750 metres to sea. No chance. Minimum 1km. That's in a straight line. Take theirs bus and its at leasts 2km. Went to beach once and nothing special. No music. No WiFi.
Pool
Pool area near hotel had WiFi. Pool with slides did not have WiFi at all.
Pools not heated. Except baby pool. Very cold
Animation team. They didn't exist in my eyes. Saw them playing darts and water polo. No one came round and asked if we wanted to join in. Not once. But when they were selling tickets to bingo for 10 euros they were on us loads.
Everyone saying about radik. Not sure who he was . Maybe he was the one with the microphone shouting at the top of his voice" applause!! " every 5 mins. Very annoying
Spa. Expensive. 70 euro 50 min massage. You can haggle price but why not have cheaper and you might get more people. When you see 70 euro most people walk away. Good massage anyway.
Too many children. Was not half term but loads of them .
Enjoyed the holiday but its more like a high 3 or low 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star.

Reasonable location, but a a few hundred metres towards shops would be better.
Paid for a 2 bedroom. These are on the ground floor and first floor only. First room offered was Block A, across from reception, in left hand corner, on first floor. Vary dark with no sunshine. Asked Reception for a change of room. Given Block D, which was much better - larger living area, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, washing machine. Problem in that balcony is only outside children's bedroom, and is small and narrow. Not conducive to sitting outside with drinks in the evening.
Beds had frayed blanket with holes in it. Duvets had no covers until the last evening, despite room being cleaned every day, when staff put covers on them. 2 single duvets for a double bed.
Kitchen area only had 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. No utensils, so had to use wooden stirrers supplied, although we had plastic utensils with us. Washing machine and large fridge/freezers was good. Fizzy drinks and water replaced when empty.
Hotel grounds were a bit shabby - quite a lot of weeds growing through paving, which should have been cleared before the season started.
All bars were good.
Food - on first day, there was a lot of variety. BY days 3 and 4, you could see how much was recycled into other meals, but there was always something to choose and nice to try small bits of Turkish food to avoid waste if you didn't like it. Restaurant staff were very good. Not keen on staff picking up plates on roller skates. Think this will be a problem in busy summer.
When collecting towels at Spa, be prepared for a sales pitch for massages and treatments etc. Didn't use Gym, but it was well equipped for an hotel however, we did see young children playing on machines. Indoor pool was fine when not busy.
Bought Land of Legends tickets from Jet2 rep in hotel, and got discounted rate. Also used the car service guy in hotel, which was good quality and punctual. Got a sparky van for our son's birthday.
Asked if hotel could provide a cake. As it was his 21st, they left bottle of wine and fruit in the room, which was nice. Offered balloons and banners, but we had brought our own.

Me and my wife stayed here for 10 days and we enjoyed it really well the room cleaning was done very well nezahat was very polite respectful and trustworthy we tipped her but she never took off the side nezahat skills with decoration was quality

Excellent stay thank you very much! Radik and the team work so hard, entertainment was great. Gluten free food available and was lovely, we we're really looked after. Thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Location is slightly out the way but a short walk will take you to shops, the hotel also has shops in it. The pools are great, specially the heated one as our youngest was not a fan of the cold water. Food was okay, could do with more selection but didn't expect it to taste like home food

Pool was good and hotel food had plenty variety. Staff were very helpful. Only criticism is the beds are uncomfortable
