Brilliant hotel, plenty to do. Kids loved the water park. Plenty of food available and the ice creams were fantastic

The hotel was very clean, the house keeping staff was very helpful the bar staff were also very attentive especially the waiter on the roller-skates round the pool. Food was a little bit repetitive. The checkout was seamless only thing I would recommend is the showers facility’s in the spa after room checkout if you are leaving later then they can get a bit crowded as they don’t have time slots and a single shower for each gender. However overall it was a good Holliday for my family as I had two teenage girls with me and there was plenty opportunity’s to keep them occupied.

So my honest review of Greenwood suites resort. The coach took around 45 minutes to get us to the hotel with a few other stop offs. Coach driver didn't tell you when you arrived at your hotel so you just had to look out the window and look for the sign in the dark. Very helpful that 🙄 We arrived around midnight and was greeted at the lobby entrance by reception. Booked in and a porter took our bags to our room on the trolley. The view from our balcony was of the pool and was perfect especially that time of night as it was lit up. Two adults and three kid's so our room was a decent size. The fields at the front of the hotel have dumped rubbish.Someone obviously fly tipping. The pavements outside the hotel and walking up the local shops are all smashed and unsafe so if you have a pram and children mind where your walking because it's uneven. On the subject of the shops they are great value if you want a packet of crisps or bit of chocolate. It's worth getting the kids rubber floats from one of those shops as they are like 600/800 lira difference instead of the shop in the hotel. There's many shops along the road that have them. Hotel itself is very clean and the staff are excellent. Rooms cleaned daily or if you'd rather not just activate the do not disturb light switch and they won't come in. The pools are excellent especially the aqua pools they seem alot warmer than the main pool. Aqua closes around 4/5 pm not sure why. (Take it easy when walking around there as it's very slippery many have slipped over) The buffet breakfast in the main restaurant is poor I'd say. Same everyday, croissants, fruit and pancakes. Hotdogs, baked beans which are horrible. Eggs , chips and onion rings. The lunch in the aqua is from midday, one day it's chicken kebabs and burgers, next it's fried chicken. The dinner again in main restaurant is below expectations for what you have paid for all inclusive. I don't understand why other people are saying it's delicious food because it definitely isn't. Beef stew is there everyday more or less and gets boring. Just remember an all inclusive buffet is just that, same everyday. The kids get fed up with pizza everyday. If your eating outside the main restaurant and aqua bar, (aqua is all outside eating) there are many wild cats, kittens in fact just walking around by your feet , under tables, bit weird but they don't bother you. Seen a couple sitting inside the hotel which shouldn't really be aloud but it is. You have the late night snack restaurant which serve up the hot food that's left over from that day I'm sure. Cookies, cakes and drinks is also available. As for the queues,  wasn't much queuing for anything really, drinks, food and aqua slides all pretty quick. Just to add there are three tower cranes opposite the hotel which are visible from the pool areas and some rooms as there are new buildings going up however, they are not working onsite there is no building work aloud in the tourist areas during the summer months, so there is no noise from the building site itself. Top tip take plenty of insect bite spray the mosquitos love you. We stayed here for 10 days and it's too much, I'd say a week is long enough.Around the aqua pool areas bottled water in fridges is available for you take back to your room if you wish, as you have a fridge in there. Now the beach. Took the shuttle to the beach, took around 5 minutes. We got the next shuttle straight back. Sorry not worth going. Nothing there, deck chairs the sea and the bar. Not enough umbrellas either. I would shortlist this hotel, there are plenty of others close by that are better.

Brilliant location, perfect for families, short walk to the shops, shopping great, rooms very clean and cleaned everyday, very spacious, slides and pools are perfect for everyone. Food every night is great, alot of choice suits everyone, drinks selection and cocktails made perfectly, all the staff in the hotel very polite and attentive. We had our daughters birthday here and the staff made it special, decorated a table at dinner time and brought a cake out also. Would highly recommend. Entertainment team especially Ridik made everyone feel welcome and got everyone involved.

I loved the location, the food, the pool and our room next to the pool. I liked that the gym was open early.

Just finished a 2 week holiday here at the greenwood suites in Antalya. What a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. A big shout out to the bar tender Faraq, so very attentive and friendly and fab with the kids. The rooms are spacious, and had everything we needed. The animation team was brilliant, always great with the kids, running different activities throughout the day, and the night time entertainment was always amazing. Location is great, shops and restaurants either way out of the hotel, and just a short walk away. Excursions were amazing, we would recommend the pirate ship day out. Evening music always ended by midnight so noise was never an issue. Overall a fantastic stay, a beautiful holiday and amazing memories made.

One of the best holidays we have had in Turkey.. we have visited this hotel last yr and came back because the atmosphere, people, staff are very good.. would like to say a very big thank you to Radik who is part of the entertainment team made our stay a very good stay.. he has one of the best energy in making ppl get up and do waterpolo..the pool bar ran by ferat was also an outstanding part of the staff..
I would recommend this hotel with anyone.. im hoping to come back here again next Yr with the family as it's has been the best one with our friends who thought that this hotel was outstanding in service, entertainment and facilities.. defo would come back..

Brilliant hotel: The staff are great; friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Yusef, the roller blading bartender, is a legend and we always had a drink if we wanted. The rooms were cleaned daily, food was delicious and varied and there was loads to keep everyone entertained including awesome evening acrobatic shows

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was to a good standard. Beach resort needs work to bring this hotel to a higher star.

Pool and staff are great! Staff have to have a special mention as they really are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team was absolutely amazing—they made every day fun and full of energy. A special thanks to Samet, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always made us smile. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean hotel and nice pools. Could do with spacing out dinner time in the evenings as gets too busy. Extra showers for guests as leaving as one shower is not enough. However overall hotel is lovely rooms were big and spacious always clean and cleaners very friendly

This was our fifth consecutive family holiday in Turkey, and sadly it was by far the most disappointing one. We have always enjoyed our holidays in Turkey, which makes writing this review even more disappointing.
I'll start with the positives because there were definitely some.
Our room was excellent – spacious, modern, spotless on arrival and equipped with a washing machine, fridge and good air conditioning. It is genuinely one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in during our visits to Turkey.
The aquapark was also very enjoyable, with a good selection of slides for both adults and children.
Most importantly, many members of staff worked incredibly hard. The restaurant team were outstanding, constantly clearing tables, keeping everything tidy and regularly asking if guests wanted drinks. The pool service team, especially the young man wearing black arm sleeves and a black cap, worked tirelessly to help guests find sunbeds and umbrellas while always remaining cheerful and professional. They deserve recognition.
Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by a number of serious issues.
The most disappointing incident happened in our room. Housekeeping opened our fridge, opened our bag of peaches and removed one of them. At the same time, two bottles containing our laundry detergent and fabric conditioner, which we were using with the washing machine provided in the room, were removed and thrown away. The value of these items was insignificant, but the loss of trust was not. After reporting the incident, I requested that housekeeping no longer enter our room for the remainder of our stay.
Finding a sunbed was a daily battle. Although reserving sunbeds with towels was supposedly prohibited, it happened every morning. I had to complain to management three separate times before anything was done.
Hygiene around the pool bar was another disappointment. There were large numbers of flies around food, drinks and straws, the bar had an unpleasant smell and the pool itself often looked cloudy. This was not what we expected from a hotel of this standard.
The private beach shuttle was convenient, but the beach itself was disappointing. There were cigarette butts everywhere, stray dogs wandering around, people drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis close to families, and camel rides operating right next to the guest area.
As this is advertised as a family hotel, we were also surprised by the evening entertainment, which we felt was overly sexualised and not particularly suitable for children. Smoking around the pool was also a constant problem, making it difficult to relax without breathing cigarette smoke.
One final disappointment was the lack of any dress code in the main restaurant. Many guests entered wearing only swimwear, which made meal times feel less comfortable than they should have been.
The hotel management did respond to our complaint after our stay and acknowledged our concerns, which we appreciate. However, the response consisted mainly of apologies and did not explain why some of the more serious incidents had happened or how they would be prevented in future.
There is definitely potential here. The rooms are excellent and many members of staff genuinely care about guests. However, better management, improved hygiene, stronger enforcement of hotel rules and greater respect for guests' privacy would make a huge difference.
Overall: 3/5. A holiday with some genuinely excellent aspects, but unfortunately too many problems to justify a higher rating.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in just hotel spotless clean staff very good! Shout out to the hotels entertainment team very good with the children and plenty of activities to keep all the family busy 👍

We came as a family of 26 people we have had the best time in 2 weeks of staying in this hotel and the man of the show for us was yusuf he made all of us very very welcome we couldn’t of asked for any more off him he’s truly the best . Thanks yusuf for making our holiday you are now part of our family we will miss you
