Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommende Personal, sehr sauber . Gemütliche Betten mit Wunsch Kissen Auswahl. Sehr reichlicher Frühstück Auswahl. Alles im Fußweg Nähe, zum Einkauf Basar, ans Meer. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Breakfast on the roof top terrace was good! Walking distance to ancient Smyrna agora site.

Cons:

Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired (could do with a bit of vacuuming and floor mopping). I believe the windows of our room were located right next to the hotel’s exterior sign on the building. Whenever there were strong gusts of wind, especially at night, the sign made an awful squeaking and rattling noise. It was extremely disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.

Soluzione buona per soggiorni brevi.
Pros:

La posizione molto comoda per vedere le attrazioni principali della città. Situato di fronte alla fermata della metropolitana e’ stato molto comodo da raggiungere dall’aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Stanze molto piccole con bagni vecchiotti. Lo staff presente e’ stato poco accogliente.

Good location with no running water at some certain day - pls be prepared!!!!
Pros:

The location is ideal for those relying on public transport, as the hotel is situated right next to the Çankaya Subway Station. However, guests traveling by car should account for an additional fee to have their vehicle parked in a paid lot by hotel staff. The hotel is also conveniently close to major landmarks like the Kemeraltı Bazaar, the Clock Tower, and the Agora of Smyrna.

Cons:

Our stay would have been perfect if not for a complete lack of running water on the morning of 5 May. Our schedule was ruined as we waited three hours for the issue to be resolved; eventually, we had to purchase bottled water from a nearby convenience store just to finish our morning routine. To make matters worse, despite asking the receptionist to keep us updated, no information was provided. This lack of communication and basic service was incredibly disappointing.
