Absolutely loved the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. It felt peaceful despite being a few minutes walk from the temple and lake. Staff and service was five star.
Bedroom lights and TV came on frequently in the middle of the night.
This was an incredible stay in Kandy, walking distance to temple,lake and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Super comfy bed and great shower! But the best part of Radh hotel is the amazing staff😊They were all very friendly and helpful!! The front desk staff go out of their way to fill any request. Absolutely exceptional service!! Massage with Udani was fantastic! Also great breakfast and coffee. Everything here is perfect😊😊we loved our stay!!!!

Good location, inside the city center. It is near the Kandy lake, central market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast service was a decent variety of both local and western options. Friendly staff.

L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du temple de la dent. Le personnel est serviable et donne des bons conseils. La literie était très confortable. La chambre était dotée de tout le nécessaire. La boisson et les biscuits d'accueil étaient délicieux. La chambre disposait d'une machine à café italienne avec du café italien. Nous aurions aimé que le même café soit servi au petit déjeuner.
Nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude dans la douche, mais quelqu'un est venu très vite régler le souci, cependant il a sali et mis de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain et personne n'est venu nettoyer.
Le turn down service est agréable mais il est intervenu trop tôt et sans nous demander si on le souhaitait et à quelle heure on le voulait.
La petite piscine n'était pas très propre et l'eau était froide mais nous ne savons pas si c'était normal que l'eau soit froide.
Il faudrait donner toutes les infos sur le spa et la salle finesse à l'arrivée des clients.

We had our original room changed as the plumbing in the bathroom was defective.
The duvet cover had a rip in the front where it was turned down. The towels were old and had holes in as well.
It didn’t state anywhere that this is an alcohol free hotel which guests should be made aware of.

Room had no view, just a wall. But that was just our view, others were different. Great that they offered free drinks in the mini fridge.
