Nice country setting, would stay there again.
Pros:

Cute, cozy, country location. Older building but clean and comfortable inside. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Air conditioner was loud and we couldn't adjust the eco setting so it kept turning on and off.

Pros:

Only a few minutes drive from Listowel, shopping and restaurants. The facility had a washer and dryer on site at reasonable cost.

Cons:

We were there the first week of August, and the surrounding farms were spraying manure, so it was a bit pungent. Would go back but choose a different time of year.
The shower didn't have a safety bar, and the tub was quite high, so for older travelers, it was difficult and dangerous getting in and out of the shower.

Pros:

Closest to where we needed to go, Brussels ontario for a wedding

Cons:

It was nice and met our needs and although felt a little pricey for the area it's likely supply and demand and matches the market.

Pros:

Rooms were clean, comfy and staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.

Cons:

There was no breakfast at the location, however there was a McDonalds & Tim Hortons close but not within walking distance. Location was suitable for me but away from the center of town. Facilities were satisfactory but a bit overpriced for being out of town with no breakfast on site.

We were happy with the room and have booked again for a July weekend.
Pros:

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable.
Bathroom is small but very clean with everything we needed.
Check in was easy and staff was very friendly.
Check out was even easier. Just left the keys in a box outside the office.

A pleasant stay after a long drive
Pros:

Bed is firm and clean
Shower is good and easy to step in and out of bath tub

Cons:

It's on the second floor.
We didn't know there is breakfast available.
The air conditioning is a bit too loud when it's on
