The best hotel in Zandvoort

De ligging en het vriendelijke personeel. Mooi uitzicht over het strand.
Het hotel is een wat ouder gebouw, doordat de wind pal op de voorkant stond, konden we de ramen niet open zetten en de wind blies door de kozijnen, wat een fluitend geluid opleverde.
Als het regende en we zetten de raam iets open dan regende het de kamer in. Er lagen al handdoeken op de vensterbank dus dit probleem is bekend. Het was erg warm binnen dus dat de raam niet open kon, was enigzins vervelend. Vanuit het hotel naar de Dome op het resort lopen was een eindje en in het hotel zelf zijn geen andere restaurants dan die voor het ontbijt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommend Personal.
Einige zusätzliche Kleiderhaken in Bad und Flur wären wünschenswert.
Loved the water park!!!
Could not find the hotel lobby easily and were exhausted from traveling walking in the rain almost all the way to the water park before someone pointed us in the right direction to check in. Staff was not very kinbd or informative and our bracelets did not work at the water park entry and no one was in the office to help so we had to hunt people down and they were rude. also the restaurant options were very overpriced and not very good food. glad for the food bar at the water park. it was decent. no one explained how anything worked and it felt frustrating until we had been there for a whole day. Also never got the app to load on my phone so I could not access much of the information about things. Website could explain better that there is a walk from hotel to water park--two different locations for weary travelers just wanting to check in.
De parkeerplaats
Alles, slechte ongezellige kamer, slecht ontbijt voor 23€ extra.!. Belachelijk. Rumoerig, achterstallig onderhoud, onvriendelijk personeel, al met al, nooit meer boeken deze.
Het uitzicht.
Het matras van het bed zat onder de vieze plekken. En de lakens zaten ook vlekken in.

Beim Frühstück war das Personal mitunter etwas überfordert.
De locatie is geweldig met het uitzicht op zee. Ontbijt was goed. Het strand is vlak bij. Heerlijk voor een strandwandeling. Fijn dat je ook gebruik kan maken van de faciliteiten van center parcs.
