Cons:

Loud staff, loud people, no night time, ringing bells all time. We couldn’t open the windows because of the fried smell, the ac inside was loud and the outside when someone else was using it was loud. Dirty mirrors, mold in the bathroom, old furniture. WE COULDNT SLEEP TROUGH THE WHOLE STAY! Not through nights and when we wanted to have a nap through the day because we were sleep deprived, the cleaning staff was having fun and was loud even after asking to be quieter. We let the hotel know, they first apologised and told us they will communicate it with the staff so we can actually rest on our holiday. They did nothing! We packed, checked out and even flew home earlier because we got ill and were exhausted. When communicating this with the hotel they came up with a bunch of shallow excuses like that they didn’t know if we come back. WE CHECKED OUT! I’ve got a confirmation email of checking out! And apparently as they say its absolutely normal for the staff to talk loudly (even if we asked them nicely me personally as well to please be more quiet) ,mocking and making fun of the guests. We’ve been to Caparica several times but never experienced something like this and the afterward communication when asking for refund of the last two days! They should be refunding the whole stay at this point.

C’était bien.
Pros:

La disponibilité et la gentillesse des employés.
Le établissement proposent un très bon petit déjeuner et en plus il se trouve tout près de la plage des restaurants et magasins .

Cons:

Les chambres un peu petites et très difficile à trouver une place de parking.

A localização é perfeita, o staff muito simpático e agradável. O quarto estava limpo e fizeram uma coisinha especial por ser o meu aniversário.

Me hospedo ali pela segunda vez, na primeira tinha um quarto grande, com vista para a rua. dessa vez fiquei em um quarto muito pequeno, voltado para o corredor de serviço de uma pizzaria, cuja vista era uma montanha de sacos de lixo, condensadoras de ar condicionado, uma espécie de gerador, funcionários da pizzaria conversando alto fumando (a fumaça entrava no quarto) e ouvindo videos com som alto e musicas: muito barulho e ruído praticamente a noite toda. havia ainda uma construção, cujo barulho insuportavelmente alto começava as 8 da manha. O quarto não tinha nenhum tratamento acustico. Achei o café da manhã embora variado era sempre escasso, parecia que as coisas estavam sempre a acabar, e o café preto estava horrível (café soluvel de saquinho).

O alojamento não tem a informação que não tem elevador.
Íamos com um bebé de 3 meses e fizeram nos pagar metade do valor de adulto pela estadia do bebé com a justificação que podia sujar e fazer barulho
Foi argumentado que isso até um adulto poderia fazer e também que o bebé iria dormir na nossa cama mas mesmo assim foi cobrada esse valor.
