Exceptional experience in an upscale yet cozy hotel in downtown Portland.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Please don’t let others scare you! It’s a great area to walk around with tons of fun things to do. We loved the food onsite and our room was very comfortable. We traveled with a baby and it felt safe and welcoming to our family.

Cons:

That I only stayed 2 nights, I would have loved to stay longer

Pros:

Very friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room (though it really was snug!)

Cons:

The location was a bit edgy. A lot of homeless people.
The parking was expensive ($60 for valet parking) Was a bit dubious about street parking given the area

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

Not the best location in Portland and the street volume at night makes it very difficult to sleep uninterrupted.

Cons:

I had booked a standard room, but I was given a small room—the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed for a week, and my room was only cleaned on the last day, just before I was leaving.

Even though the room was very small, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and pleasant.
