Pros:

Отличный сервис и очень приветливый персонал. Да и район, в котором расположен отель, просто замечательный.

Cons:

В нашем номере текстиль находится в неудовлетворительном состоянии. Подушки старые, практически без наполнителя или слишком жесткие, спать на них невозможно. Пледы и одеяла также требуют обновления. Кроме того, вся сантехника в номере заметно устарела

Rewelacyjny pobyt w Mediolanie!
Pros:

Super wybór! Hotel czysty, zadbany. Obsługa bardzo pomocna! Już przy zameldowaniu dostaliśmy wskazówki co warto zobaczyć, w jakiej odległości są przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Polecam każdemu! Pieszo również można wszędzie dojść , fajne restauracje niedaleko hotelu! Wszystko na plus! Jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Mediolanu to wybiorę również ten obiekt!

Location was perfect for the short walk to the city centre.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable, great value for money.

Cons:

The only thing I would criticise, is that I arrived, after the gate was shut, so had to wait until someone, with a key, could let me in, there didn’t appear to be a telecom system, plus after I checked out and handed my key, I couldn’t get out, until someone with a key, let me out. That is my only criticism.

staff were friendly and room was clean

Cons:

the location isn’t ideal and even when i put a do not disturb sign on the door this was ignored and staff come in and clean anyway even when told not too which made me paranoid

La limpieza y personal agradable.

Cons:

Una mujer a las 1 de la mañana dando voces y gritos ,tocándonos la puerta de la habitación con mucho miedo...se escuchaba subir y bajar las escaleras ...y la mañana siguiente pregúntanos en recepción y nada nos dijo nada. Pasamos mucho miedo.

Odlična lokacija, jednostavan hotel.
Pros:

Lokacija hotela je bila odlična. Jako blizu javnom prijevozu i centru, dućan je udaljen par minuta, a u blizini se nalazi i par restorana, kafića i barova. Odlično!

Cons:

Wifi je bio dosta loš - stalno se gasio pa palio, gasio pa palio. To nije toliki problem, ali je ipak naporno ako nemate svoj internet. Soba je imala samo dvije utičnice, što također nije toliko strašno, no naporno je obzirom da nas je bilo troje a internet se stalno gasi pa smo imale upaljene podatke cijelo vrijeme i mobiteli su se brzo praznili. Ne znam je li ovako u većini Italije u tako starijim objetkima, ali je rješivo, samo malo iritantno.
