Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, and the hotel itself was good. However, I was disappointed by an experience at the reception.

I had a coffee in the morning, which I was told cost €2. I didn’t have any cash, so I offered to pay by card, but this was not accepted. I then went to get cash and returned with a €20 note. I was given €17.50 in change. When I asked why, the receptionist told me that the remaining €2.50 was their tip.

I would have been happy to leave a tip if I had chosen to do so myself, but I did not appreciate having it taken without being asked. It was not about the €2.50; it was the way it was handled.

The hotel itself was good, but this experience unfortunately left me with a bad impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

Zentrumsnah gelegen, neu renoviert, tolles Bad, großes Bett, Frühstück mit Rührei! Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen … Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen (viele Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, Läden), auch nahe beim Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll renoviert … Erneut sehr herzliche Bedienung beim reichlichen Frühstück.
