Cons:

The hotel was average overall. The room and facilities were decent, but the location was not very convenient, especially for elderly guests. It is not close to the Haram, and even with the shuttle service, getting to and from the Haram can be tiring and time-consuming. I would recommend considering a more centrally located hotel, especially for families traveling with elderly people.

Hotel like home. The hotel staff members treats you life family.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Al Kiswah Towers Hotel in Makkah. Everything was perfect—the room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
