Buona esperienza
Pros:

Bungalow molto graziosi. Dotati di ogni comfort ma con un occhio di riguardo alla sostenibilità. Personale cortese e accogliente. Struttura ordinata e pulita, letteralmente immersa nel verde.

Cons:

Colazione con una scelta piuttosto limitata. Prezzi del ristorante decisamente alti.

Beautiful, spotless, incredibly welcoming and 100% planning to return
Pros:

No notes! This was an absolute highlight of our trip when it came to accommodations. Our private suite was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained (both inside and out).

From the moment we arrived (after a long, bumpy, tiring drive from Arenal), the hospitality was amazing. We were exhausted and just wanted to get settled in, and everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful throughout our entire stay. At one point, we ran into a huge group of coatis that were bickering, and my daughter (ok, ok, me too!) was a little frightened. We called and they immediately sent a cart to pick us up and take us to breakfast, which we really appreciated.

We did the night walk and absolutely loved it. Dinner at El Sapo was perfect for our first night, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with my daughter’s egg allergy. The breakfast was perfect. Honestly, the entire property is wonderful, but what really stood out was how attentive and genuinely kind everyone was, especially the restaurant staff.

We also used the laundry service as soon as we arrived, and no joke, our clothes were washed and back to us within a few hours. Really impressive.

Cons:

Honestly, we were just bummed that we hadn’t extended our stay for a few more days. It was just that nice. We’re 100% planning to return in a few years, hopefully with a new family member in tow!

Estancia de ensueño en Monteverde
Pros:

La habitación era muuy amplia y el porche tenía mucho encanto, te sentías en medio de la selva, fue un placer disfrutar de la lluvia desde dentro.
Los botones y el personal de recepción fueron encantadores, nos sentimos agasajados de más, muy muy buen recibimiento.

Cons:

Es bastante caro, sobre todo el restaurante, pero comprensible por los servicios que ofrecen.

Très bel endroit, calme, nature :)
Pros:

Très bel endroit niché au cœur du monteverde. Spécial mention au personnel, extrêmement réactif sur whatsap et très agréable ! Le restaurant et petit déjeuner étaient très bien. Plein de coatis et de magnifiques oiseaux au cœur de l’hôtel :)

Cons:

Il manquait une piscine mais bonne nouvelle celle ci était en construction :) cela permettra d’avoir un coin où se poser en dehors de l’espace restaurant/accueil.
Je recommande les villlas en hauteur pour plus de luminosité et une terrasse peut être !

Wunderschöne Anlage mit großartigem Service!
Pros:

Die Bungalows liegen in einer traumhaften Anlage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen herausragend. Wir haben viele Tiere in der Anlage gesehen. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit den hauseigenen Trail zu laufen. Es gibt nachmittags kostenlose Kurse, Cocktails mixen, Armbänder knüpfen etc.

Beautiful hotel in magical location
Pros:

We spent two amazing days at this beautiful hotel. Everything was special from the welcome to the cabins, the activities they offer and the wonderful staff who was always willing to go above and beyond. The restaurant was also great in terms of food offerings, quality and service. There were also special touches we didn’t expect like a game room and smores for the kids!
