Ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe eines Parkes. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer.
Der Ventilator im Bad war so laut wie ein Traktor, (aber nur wenn das Licht eingeschaltet wurde) muss wahrscheinlich ausgetauscht werden.
An Exceptional Stay That Keeps Me Coming Back!
This was my fourth or fifth stay at this hotel in Tbilisi, and every visit reminds me why I keep choosing it.
The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of Tbilisi’s most important attractions, with the charming historic Old Town and the heart of the city just a short stroll away. It is an ideal place to stay for anyone who wants to experience the beauty and atmosphere of Tbilisi.
However, what truly makes this hotel special is its hospitality. I would particularly like to express my sincere appreciation to Nino at the reception, who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Her kindness, professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
Thanks to people like Nino, this hotel offers something far more valuable than just comfortable accommodation: the feeling of being welcomed as part of a family. Here, you are not treated as just another guest or room number. You are treated as someone who genuinely matters, and the staff make you feel right at home.
I believe that true hospitality is measured not only by the quality of a hotel but also by the people who represent it. Nino is a wonderful example of Georgian hospitality at its finest.
I am already looking forward to my next visit to Tbilisi, and thanks in large part to Nino, I am quite certain I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel was easily accessible, in a brilliant location which is a lovely walk down the river from the old town and is close to many bus stops. The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and frequently replenished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think the value for money at this hotel is brilliant.
The shower initially wasn't draining very well but after raising it with the staff it was sorted the next day

This was my second stay at Folk Boutique Hotel, and once again, the experience was truly excellent. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodation, and a high standard of hospitality. However, what makes this property particularly special is its exceptional staff, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests make every stay memorable.
I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Bella, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Her remarkable kindness, attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our experience. She consistently ensured that we felt comfortable and well taken care of, demonstrating a level of hospitality that genuinely deserves recognition.
It is rare to encounter such dedicated and thoughtful service. Mrs. Bella is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes her outstanding contribution.
