Except for the unpleasant smell, it was great overall.
Pros:

Convenient location!

Cons:

There was a smell in my toilet that was not pleasant. Shared with he hotel and they did some cleaning but the smell was still there.

Very busy hotel, but does its job well.
Pros:

• The best location for first-time Fukuoka visitors, everything is just close.
• Despite being a very busy hotel, it’s clean and efficient.
• Washing machine and dryer, as everyone has noticed, a super useful and underrated feature.

덕분에 부시시해지는 머리결의 원인을 깨달아 좋은제품을 샀네요. 또한 창문이 커서 답답함이 없었고 침구도 편안했어요

Better for a short stay but great location
Pros:

Fantastic location for public transport, shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. When I first saw the room I was super disappointed but it grew on me. Bathroom had a bath which was great, good pressure in the shower. Great hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Air con easy to control and worked well. USB ports at the bedside. Tiny kitchen space but useful to have a sink outside of the bathroom. The washer dryer worked well.

Cons:

Cleaning service is very strange. For 6 days, there really should be some included cleaning. There is the option to have bins collected every 3 days but they only took the tiny bin, not the extra bags of rubbish we left near the door (with all of the bins and towels). The towel change option worked better. It doesn’t really have a kitchen - it does have 1 portable hotplate, a microwave and a kettle but no cooking equipment and the area is really too small anyway. The room was smaller than it appears in the pictures and the bed was against the wall which I always try to avoid so was disappointed with that. A few hangers near the door but no closet for unpacking at all.
