Unkomplizierter Check-in, relativ günstiger Preis. Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte kein Toilettenpapier, im Ersatzzimmer stank das Bad nach Abfluss, es gab dort nur ein Handtuch, das Insektengitter war defekt, das Bett quietschte, das Licht im Bad hatte einen Wackelkontakt. Außenbereich unordentlich, Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus schmutzig.

Kein Schrank oder Kleiderstange, keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen, (wir waren zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen!), keine Handtuchhalter im Bad, kein Personal vor Ort, trotz korrekter Code-Eingabe mehrfach keine Tür- oder Schließfachöffnung, ekliger Wasserrest im Wasserkocher, lappige Fußmatten mit Rutschgefahr. Abends laute Musik vom Jugendclub gegenüber. Verwahrlost erscheinender Eindruck hinter dem Haus mit vertrockneten Pflanzen und überquellenden Aschenbechern. Der Parkplatz mag behindertengerecht sein, der Aufgang zu den Zimmern erfolgt über eine steile Treppe …
