Good short stay in Bergamo
Pros:

All we needed for a night in Bergamo. They were very friendly and accommodating. Good communication throughout. Strongly recommend for families, the room is like a small apartment with kitchen. At 7:30 you get breakfast.

Cons:

You could hear the corridors, but they provide ear plugs

Pros:

Très bien. Très propre, spacieux. Belle chambre et salle de bain. Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre. Facile d'accès. Parking privé et sécurisé.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue. C'était donc légèrement bruyant mais pas particulièrement dérangeant. On entend un peu les voitures passer. Ils offrent des boules quies

Good location, but noisy room and some serious issues with room security and staff
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of the historic old town. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was spacious and well designed. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

Cons:

The room’s window faced a cobblestone street, which was very noisy despite the windows appearing to be new.
Also, the cleaning staff left our door open. We had locked it when we left in the morning, but when we returned in the evening, the door was open. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but greater attention should be paid to this in the future.

Świetna lokalizacja , miły personel , czyściutko.. Polecamy 🙂
Pros:

Pobyt w Residenza del Borgo był bardzo udany i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce.

Apartament był bardzo czysty i zadbany. Każdego ranka pod drzwi dostarczane były pyszne, świeże croissanty, a lodówka była codziennie uzupełniana o wodę, wędliny , serki , mleko . Ręczniki wymieniano każdego dnia, co było bardzo miłym dodatkiem.Kosmetyki w łazience nie były uzupełniane.
Podczas naszego pobytu wystąpiła drobna awaria w toalecie, jednak personel zauważył problem i usunął go samodzielnie, nawet bez konieczności zgłaszania tego z naszej strony. To świetnie świadczy o ich zaangażowaniu i dbałości o komfort gości.
Dużym plusem jest możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu aż do czasu transferu na lotnisko.
Pokój od strony dziedzińca był bardzo cichy, dzięki czemu można było dobrze odpocząć. Niestety od ulicy nie można było spać przy otwartych oknach.( stopery czekają na gości w pokoju ) W okolicy znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji i klimatycznych knajpek. Szczególnie polecamy pizzerię Vesuvio, oddaloną zaledwie o około 5 minut spacerem gdzie serwują przepyszną pizzę, a obsługa, zwłaszcza Elona 🙂, jest niezwykle miła i serdeczna.
Lokalizacja jest świetna. Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się bardzo blisko, dzięki czemu bez problemu można dojechać do najważniejszych miejsc w Bergamo. Stadion Gewiss Stadium (Atalanty) jest oddalony o około 5 minut spacerem, a sklep Carrefour, czynny do 2:00 w nocy, znajduje się około 20 minut pieszo od obiektu.
To miejsce łączy świetną lokalizację, wysoki standard czystości i wyjątkową gościnność. Z przyjemnością wrócimy tutaj podczas kolejnej wizyty w Bergamo. Gorąco polecamy!

Słabo zaciemnione okienko w łazience wychodzące na wprost sąsiedniego budynku. Duży dyskomfort podczas kąpieli .

It was clean and spacious.

Cons:

It was a bit far from the upper city. transportation was difficult. We followed instructions on reservation, but we found d that bus 7 did not go by the street. We got o. Bus 7 and the conductor told us we were going g the wrong way so we got off. After awhile we walked to the hotel

Pros:

L’emplacement
La surface et l’équipement de la chambre
La salle de bain spacieuse avec fenêtre
L’accueil et les conseils .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner (très sommaire et produits basiques..)
L’air conditionné et le frigo font un bruit fort empêchant de dormir …. Dommage

Excelente relación calidad precio y personas súper profesionales.
Pros:

Ubicación privilegiada y personal muy atento y amable. Habitación bonita y completa. Parking cómodo. Limpieza media.

Época de muchos mosquitos, el hotel actuó rápido y dispuso de difusores eléctricos para evitarlo.

Cons:

Dasayuno rico pero poco variado al estar varios días.
Zona ruidosa por las mañanas temprano (carretera adoquinada genera ruido de vehículos). Por suerte el propio hotel deja tapones en la habitación que ayudan a mitigarlo.
