Staff at the restaurant were nice. All the rest I can't think of anything nice to say

lots of things:
1) officially they have a swimming pool: it is a tub on the roof of the building. Seriously? check the pictures: it can fit at most 3 people
2) the gym: all the tools are rusty and did not work: check the pictures again. I was afraid to use anything at the risk of an accident. They should close the "gym"
3) whatever you ask the policy is 20 or 30 dollars. You want an airport pickup? 30 dollars. you want an early checkin? 30 dollars. You have misplaced your key? 20 dollars. Seriously?
4) it is difficult to comunicate in english with the reception
5) it is a 4 star hotel and the windows 1) did not close properly 2) was dirty 3) the airconditioning fan was broken so it aimed the flow directly on the bed where you sleep.
