This is a beautiful hotel, The property and rooms were excellent exactly as pictured. The staff was warm and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The towels were thick and warm. It’s centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Most importantly the hot water worked and the WiFi was great. I highly recommend and will stay here again.
The TV works but was not a smart TV, no ability to charge language which was Spanish so I just used my laptop for entertainment purposes.

El hotel queda en una calle demasiado transitada, a un costado de Antigua entonces entran muchos autos y hay una parada de buses donde los choferes gritan todo el día hacia donde van. Entonces mi sugerencia es que pidan una habitación del fondo xq si da a la calle se escucha TODO. Creo que la ubicación en general no es la mejor y que las camas y ropa de cama también podrían mejorar
Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum und die Betten waren bequem.
Wir haben im Zimmer 7 übernachten. Da vor dem Hotel direkt eine Bushaltestelle ist ,ist es hier ab 5 Uhr morgens so laut, dass ein schlafen nicht mehr möglich ist.
Da die Wände sehr dünn sind, wird die Lautstärke nicht minimiert.
Das Zimmer 7 besitzt zudem nur ein Zimmer zum Flur wo alle Leute dran vorbei laufen.
Le personnel était très gentil, accueillant et attentif. L’emplacement était parfait et la propreté très bien.
Le lit était un peu trop mou, mais rien de grave.
