Nice Place but services was not very good.
Pros:

at the time of booking, breakfast was shown as complimentary, while at Restaurent they have charged money for breakfast not given complimentary.

Cons:

Booking details should be honour.

Pros:

Location and cleanliness. We only stayed one night. We had dinner at the Kalinga restaurant and breakfast at Kalinga express. Food was quite good at both places.

Cons:

This is the only hotel I have ever been it without a teaspoon in the room to make tea/coffee. There was a pair of chop sticks - for what purpose, I can't fathom. In addition, every staff member I met was aloof. That too was a first on my India trip.

Good clean place to stay. Friendly staff

You can hear the voices of the people in corridor if someone talk loud vice versa if you talk in the room so bit of privacy issue

A very nice hotel & very nice staff. WAAAYYY too much smelly air freshener. 9-10 if not for that.
Pros:

Staff was great. Location was exactly as expected near the train station. Clean and neat. Good sized rooms. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The smell in the room was incredibly overbearing. Like they used some kind of perfumy air freshener and dumped the entire bottle into the Air Con. It was so bad that I actually opened the balcony door to allow the not-exactly-fresh external air into the room to make it breatheable. I cannot understate how overpowering this smell was. And we could not find a source for it.

Overall a very satisfied stay at Kalinga Hotel !
Pros:

Very neat and clean property with a restaurant offering non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes .It is also near to the railway station which is very good for tourists coming by train.
