Great accommodation except for the street noise
Pros:

Cleanliness, central location, friendly staff, spacious room, good facilities, excellent room service.

Cons:

Incessant noise from the Novotel Hotel roof airconditioners accross the street and noise from pubs, cafes and restaurants below until early morning hours (3am).

If you can’t rest with 24 hr annoying noise,pick a different hotel and area. Check if it is soundproofed.
Pros:

Close to metro,galataport,restaurants .
Breakfast is lovely,good size room for family.

Cons:

NOISE! Noise from the bars around the hotel and A/C noise sound from the hotel adjacent to the hotel.
I did not sleep at all. 2AM music from bars still blaring.
I got maximum 2 hrs every night even with earplugs. Annoying!
They need to do something to soundproof the rooms then they can even increase their rates.

Charming oasis in the heart of Istanbul
Pros:

The staff were incredible. Very kind, attentive and helpful with giving the best recommendations.

Cons:

Being in the heart of Karakoy was great to be able to walk everywhere, but the street below was quite loud. The hotel staff and accommodations easily made up for this.

Di positivo c'é l'ottimo personale alla Reception, molto disponibile nella traduzione live per darti tutte le spiegazioni possibili.

Cons:

Di negativo c'é la colazione, scarsa, nemmeno un cornetto ,che si usa in tutti gli hotel in Europa, il Frigo interno alla camera guasto.
Pochi tavoli per la colazione la mattina per il numero di persone e tavoli troppo piccoli.
Nelle camere al quarto piano e al terzo non si dorme tutta la notte non per i rumori in strada, ma per gli aereatori all'ultimo piano di altra struttura di fronte l'hotel.Le camere non sono coibentate e poco manutenzionate.Se si cerca meglio forse é possibile trovare di meglio.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, todo tipo de restaurantes y bares, pero nuestra habitación del 5to piso era súper silenciosa y veíamos la torre Gálata. Todo lo demás muy bueno, y tiene ascensor.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Location was ideal very close to tram and ferry services, numerous bars and restaurants in vicinity. Good selection of items on breakfast buffet.
