Breakfast was not to the level as shown in the photos. The roof was leaking and my girlfriend didnt want to complain to the front desk as felt its not good thing to do on a last day.
Good location
Most rooms face the street from where there is a lot of noise into late on the night.
The showers didnt work so well (worn down, not hot water). The aircon didnt work so well, and was in turkey and very difficult to figure out
We had a very pleasant stay before departing on our cruise. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming at check-in, and our rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a short distance from the cruise port, making it an excellent choice for a pre-cruise stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and helpful. As one member of our family was not feeling well, they did everything possible to give us a room before the official check-in time and assisted us throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a great location near the waterfront, with restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby.
A special thank you to the wonderful staff for their kindness and care. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
Quarto bonito e com bom tamanho. Muito bem localizado. O barulho da rua não foi um problema.
O café da manhã podia ser melhor. Ar condicionado, chuveiro e cama deixaram a desejar.
La struttura é molto bella e accogliente. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La posizione é ottima. La camera spaziosa.
Le cose che mi sono piaciute meno sono la stanza per la colazione é un po' piccola e i tavoli sono molto ravvicinati rendendo difficile muoversi quando tutti i posti a sedere sono occupati.
La nostra camera affacciava sulla via principale piena di ristoranti e locali che rimangono aperti fino a tarda notte, può essere un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero o non é abituato al rumore.
Hotel is in a great location, lively neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants and easy access to public transport (tram). My room at the back was quiet and clean and the staff were super helpful!

A localização é ótima, com diversos restaurantes, bares e lojas ao lado do hotel. A estação de traim Tophane a 100 metros do hotel. Os arredores do hotel com muita agitação de pessoas andando e em bares e restaurantes, mas o quarto do hotel bem silencioso e calmo durante o dia e noite.
Os funcionários do hotel muito educados, atenciosos e solícitos em ajudar.
Acho que o colchão poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Hotel was dirty overall and building was dated. Breakfast is not worth paying for, the selection is very small.

douche gaf geen warm water. pas na 10 minuten de kraan vol open gaf deze een beetje lauw water. kamer aan de achterzijde aangevraagd maar kregen de straatkant met als resultaat; geen nacht normaal kunnen slapen. hotel bood oordopjes aan en werd verder niks mee gedaan. erg slechte bedden en de schoonmaak was dramatische! voor de hotelkamer lagen de vieze was zakken. gelukkig weinig in het hotel geweest. we verblijven vaak in karakoy in diverse hotels maar dit hotel doen we echt nooit en nooit meer! ook de bestelde taxi vanuit het hotel heeft ons bij het ophalen op de airport laten staan en na 1,5 wachten met twee kids na een lange reis zelf maar een taxi gepakt. was geen goed begin van ons weekendje istanbul

Hele goede wifi ook.
De ijskast was niet echt koud genoeg voor medicatie en ijspacks.
