Only the location
The hotel has clean facilities. Overall it was terrible experience as i got bitten from bedbugs and the way the staff handled the situation was very bad. I went to speak to the reception and he told me was “i dont have a free room.” aka handle this by yourself. In the end they found me a small couch/bed in another room that was already used from previous customer and gave me clean sheets. I will never visit again and will not recommend this place.

Good location in quarter Prati, walking distance from a metro station, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff is super friendly.

Gaf niet echt het gevoel een hotel te zijn. Airco stond op 30graden toen we aankwamen, het was dus onaangenaam warm. Uiteindelijk op 17 gezet maar koelde niet echt af.
THE ROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE ...FRONT DESK FRANCIS WAS EXCELLENT( WHEN ASKED HAD ALL THE ANSWERS). LOCATION EXCELLENT NEAR METRO BUSES RESTAURANTS IN A VERY NICE AND SAFE AREA (VATICAN CITY). BED COMFORTABLE

In the booking it was stated on the website that breakfast was included, but upon arrival we were informed that this had been discontinued. The rooms are small and in poor condition. No refrigerator, and the light bulb in the ceiling was loose. The room also had a sour smell, like some kind of mold. We tried airing out the room, but it didn’t help much. The staff is kind and nice. Did not meet expectations.
