Great hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

Loved the rooms, it was big and clean. It was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Close to the airport and the staff were so helpful! I accidentally forgot a personal item in the room and the staff who helped me retrieve it were so helpful.

Cons:

We couldn't quite work out the TV in the room, but it wasn't an issue for us.

I recommend Citadines Manila Bay for solo travelers, for groups or families and friends.
Pros:

Staff are attentive from the lobby guards to the reception desk. Cleaners visibly do their work well as the place is well-kept.

Pros:

We loved everything. We had 3 rooms booked and they were able to upgrade us to an apartment room with washing machine and connecting rooms which was nice of them.
