Our garden room was small. No storage space! Hair dryer had to hold on button down with one hand while styling!

Pros:

Modern. Neat and clean. I had a single bed room and it was very modern. All amenities were present. Breakfast was the best. Fantastic spread. Very cosy. Great hotel crew. Friendly staff and very helpful. Location was great.

Excellent hotel with fine food and comfort.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptionally tasty and refined.The staff was devoted and congenial. The room was large, modern, and elegant. This was the best hotel in my travels for about 3 weeks.

Apprécier la vielle ville de Salzbourg
Pros:

Un accueil typiquement autrichien avec leurs tenues locales et super sympa. Superbe. Petit déjeuner excellent. Situation dans la vieille ville et donc ne nécessitant pas un véhicule. Parking pour la voiture près de l'hôtel et avec un prix avantageux en tant que client de l'hôtel. Amabilité de tout le personnel. Chambre fonctionnel et propre

Cons:

Les chambres sont très bien agencées compte tenu d'un bâtiment historique. Cependant, nous avons trouvé la Salle de Bain un peu exigüe même si rien ne manquait et tout était moderne. Un plan serait bien pour expliquer comment arriver à l'hôtel par la bonne borne (ville piétonne) ou tout simplement un complément d'adresse.
