A notre arrivée, tour était prévu: code et badge d' entrée comme mentionné lors de la résa.
Un ascenseur disponible et très apprécié avec les bagages,
Le très grande disponibilité de Théo, sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et son côté très très proche des clients.quel plaisir!
La propreté de la chambre et de la literie, la climatisation disponible et qui tournait déjà a notre arrivée ,
La possibilité de pouvoir déjeuner en chambre ( fait par ma fille ) et les horaires plus qu adaptés
La discrétion du personnel,

Cons:

Si je dois préciser qq chose, ça serait peut-être ma petite déception personnelle d avoir été situées sur l'arrière de l hôtel ( hotel complet) donc la vue du p'tit balcon n'était pas grandiose...mais quel plaisir d'avoir un balcon et de pouvoir y prendre son temps.
