A friendly, well‑organized stay with excellent communication
Pros:

The communication was excellent. Before arrival, I asked questions by email about watching the lunar eclipse and meteor shower, and received very detailed and helpful replies.
On arrival, we were clearly instructed on how to re‑enter the hotel late at night, which was very convenient.
We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed a good meal on the terrace, and the staff served it quickly after we mentioned we were in a hurry to catch the solar eclipse.

Cons:

We didn’t stay long enough to use most of the facilities. Nothing disappointed us; our short stay was pleasant overall.

Sehr tolle Lage und drinnen alles wunderschön gemacht . Und danke an die Chefin die mir Hundefutter mitgebracht hat für meinen Hundi.Ich habs nämlich zuhause vergessen..Vielen vielen Dank ...

Drie heerlijke dagen in de Hunsrück
Pros:

Iedereen was gastvrij, van ontvangst tot afscheid. Mooie locatie in het bos (ligt wel aan een weg, maar de kamer aan de achterkant was top!). Je loopt zo de prachtige bossen van de Hunsrück in. Het hotel zelf is bijzonder ingericht, je kijkt je ogen uit. Ontbijt was heerlijk en volledig. Avondeten was ook super! De kamer was netjes en met een klein, gezellig balkon. Wij komen terug.

War für ein paar Tage okay, wenn man nicht all zu hohe Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Der Pool war gut und war von der Temperatur her in Ordnung, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Bis auf das Treppenhaus war alles sauber.
Schöner kleiner Spielplatz mit großer Wiese. Etwas schade ist, dass man an dem großen Picknicktisch nur Essen aus dem Restaurant verzehren darf.

Cons:

Sehr viele Gebots- und Verbotsschilder, Extrem viel Deko überall, auch in den Zimmern. Das Essen im Restaurant war einfach nicht gut und noch teuer dazu. Die Burger und Pommes waren okay, aber der Rest war nix. Im Umkreis gibt es leider wenige andere Restaurants, zu denen man ausweichen könnte. Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ist teilweise extrem dunkel. Die dortige Dusche im Flur und die zugespachtelten Gucklöcher lassen vermuten, dass der Bereich mal anders genutzt wurde.
