Great location but overpriced.
Pros:

Location. So close to RISD. We were there for my son’s graduation.
Valet staff are friendly snd respectful.

Cons:

No one cleaned the room our entire 5 day stay even if the signage was not placed outside. We ran out of liquid bath soap, we were just given bar soap. We were told it is a process to replace it. We slso ran out of toilet paper and we have to ask for it. For the price we paid, we expected to be taken care of.

Rooms & location nice; most of staff neural.
Pros:

Fine except on all 3 mornings fruit never avaiable. When I asked if it would be refilled the answer was yes. I waited 1/2 hr and never happen.

Cons:

Car valet never even offered to open the trunk when we stood by the back with our hands full of luggage. Just grabbed the tip and went back into hotel.

Not sure if I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Rooms need some updating. Shower door opened while showering. They have an airport shuttle but it cost $20 and is only available from 7:30-10:00.

Destaco positivamente a recepcionista Tiffany, muito gentil e prestativa, assim como o staff da limpeza.

Cons:

Tudo estava perfeito até o momento do check-out, quando me apresentaram um valor de US$965.61 pela hospedagem mais impostos, contrariando o valor de US$957.27 que consta no email de confirmação da reserva.
Também apresentaram um valor de US$40.00 por diária de estacionamento, contrariando o valor de US$32.00 que consta no mesmo email de confirmação da reserva.
Diante dos fatos, quem me ressarcirá a diferença de US$32.34 (8.34 hospedagem + 24.00 estacionamento)?

Ma nuit dans cette hôtel était vraiment agréable. Le personnel est très à l’écoute !
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait lorsqu’on arrive en train, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable, les couvertures sont grandes et chaudes, les serviettes de bain moelleuses, le personnel est très poli, attentif au besoin et disponible ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et goûtu.

Cons:

Dans la cuisine, une des casseroles était complètement déformée, un vrai problème pour s’en servir.
Le matelas du canapé lit manque d’épaisseur ou de densité.
