• front desk lady tried to enter our room without permission (I wasn’t fully clothed)
• room had a bad smell
• no house keeping or toilet paper was given
• WiFi didn’t work half of the time
• hot water stopped working the night before we were leaving
• neighbors kids and dogs were constantly running around outside the doors.

I arrived, went to one room and it stank of smoke, so I asked to be changed rooms. The second room I sat in for two minutes and could smell mould very strongly. By the time I’d headed outside I was having a full on asthma attack from the air quality. I asked for a full refund because the place is simply a standing bio hazard. They then charged me for the first night. I stood in front of the person at the front literally coughing my lungs up to be greeted with “sorry it’s set your asthma off so bad, but I’m still gonna have to charge you your first night.” Luckily booking gave me travel credits of the same value which I was able to use, but as someone who stays in so many hotels as a touring musician, it’s without doubt THE WORST accommodation I’ve ever walked in to anywhere in the world. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We paid for 8 nights. Front desk said we didn’t. We had receipts to show. Turned the key off so we couldn’t get into the room u less we paid for another night.
Most Everyone is nice. Great price. Convenient location.
Wanted to rent weekly for about 6 months probability but renting weekly is impossible here on repeat weeks. They told me the room was already rented and me IN IT !!! I asked to re rent on Wednesday and they said it was already rented for Friday knowing my plans !! This is maddening.
