very enjoyable and thanks so much to all the delightful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely, staff amazing and so welcoming and helpful. I love the heritage nature of the building.

Cons:

I found the room very dark and had to do some work so this was a shame. I would love some brighter lights!

I would 100% stay here again.
Pros:

This is a beautiful and stylish hotel, the rooms were so thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be perfect for a weekend getaway. The king bed was super comfy. The restaurant serves beautiful dishes.

it really has put me off staying, having a poor experience with the restaurant.
Pros:

The room is great

Cons:

the interaction with the restaurant is poor, I had got a meal the first night, but no help getting a meal the second night. the staff were poor in that regard.

Funky boutique hotel in the heart of Tauranga
Pros:

The room decor was funky and made the space different from other hotel rooms. Very close to town.
Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs in the hotel!

Cons:

Sadly no sky tv so awe couldn’t watch the All Blacks game.

Cons:

Need more staff on to help with hotel guests. Often I would go downstairs to reception or call the front desks but couldn’t find anyone as they were l serving at the restaurant or cleaning.

Pros:

The location is great, walking distance to everything we need. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms diffuser is a bit strong for me, and notthe best with alletgies. Easily fixed by letting staff know, or hiding it in the cupboard.

Great vibe
Pros:

Location and beautiful building. Superb restaurant.

Cons:

There was no lounge area to be able to sit in after lunch or dinner. The hotel has plenty of space where one could be provided.
