Important information:

The owner will meet you at the property

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to stay at the accommodation.

Please note that all rooms are located on the second level and accessible by stairs only.

Our shuttle service does not supply the whole day during week day, but we can do so at weekends and holidays

On weekdays, we can do between 17:30 and 07:00 the next day.

Property offers transfers from the airport; surcharges may apply. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 -48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. No confirmation of service; we may not supply it, and any excuse for potential cancellation of our shuttle service time will be refused.

We can do a transfer not only at the airport but also at the ferry terminal and train station as well. All need a schedule ahead.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

位置好，除了木製建築屋內步行雜音多之外，清靜，步行數分鐘有巴士站，飲食及購物方便，房間有獨立浴室，衞生程度好，最喜歡有電視，大廰有比預期更多廚房設備可供使用，讚！

Cons:

大廰，及部分廚房設備清潔度，令人觀感有殘舊感覺，稍為定期清潔一下，使設備耐用又整潔，成本又不多

Pros:

I was surprised that the room did not have an ensuite.
I was under the impression the bathroom was part of the bedroom area but it was not, so we had to go outside of the room to use the bathroom area.
The TV was too low to view and streaming did not work so we were unable to watch anything due to bad connectivity.
On a plus side, the owners were nice and accommodating and check in was easy.

Carl was AMAZING. The room was clean and well-kept. Carl was VERY friendly. Very attentive to all needs. Communicates well and timely. He assisted me with navigating the city and was VERY accommodating. He went out of his way to be helpful. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kleinigkeiten wie: Wasser, Bananen, Äpfel, Milch, Kaffee, Tee immer verfügbar. Shuttle zur Airport ist möglich. Wäscheservice ist möglich. 10 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle oder 10 Minuten zur P+R (U-Bahn) Richtung Stadtmitte.
