Pros:

Super lokalita, ale při check inu jsme narazili na zpočátku ne moc milou recepční. Zbytek personálu super. Skvělé vybavení. Snídaně méně rozmanité, ale dostačující. Doplnila bych však nějakou zeleninu. Ale jinak super. Doporučuji! :)

It was really a wonderful trip
Pros:

The location is perfect we can take the free universal shuttle bus! And the efficiency is really high ! The breakfast is brilliant! And there are lots of deliveries nearby.

rude behavior
Pros:

Our hotel was close to the universal studios and our room was clean however there was one personel which works at night and she has black hair with piercings but i forget her name (but it was catherine or something like that) and she has rude behaviours we are not from USA and our first language is not english so we are asking questions to gurantee some informations but that personel constantly rude to us and dont wiling to help us

Calişan genc uzun boylu kilolu kivircii sacli bayan cok kaba.. ozellikle Türklere karsi tutumu cok kotü..sicak su istedik kahve icin oflaya poflaya getirdi..ne zman birsey sormak istesek tersler gibi cevap verdi...

Les chanvres sont spacieuses , propres .
Le petit dej est varié .
Le personnel très agréable.
La piscine est sympa dommage de ne pas mettre des brises vues pour être plus en intimité (par rapport à la rue et parking)
