Pros:

The room was accessible and spacious.

Cons:

Too much noise from outside. Not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit of a struggle to sleep.

Big rooms but noisy
Pros:

The room was big and spacious it was clean too. Warm enough. Close to shopping district

Cons:

The noisiest hotel is have ever been. The noise coming from outside... friday 530am i woke up to the sound of a reversing truck. Friday night I could hear very loud music from clubs close by in my room I couldn't sleep. I felt like I was outside with the noise. The lift and the carpet by the highstreet entrance was dirty. Didn't give justice to the cleanliness inside the rooms and rest of the floor. Comparing with their other hotel The George I never had any issues with noise, except that they had elevator and I have a baby stroller.

Good location, clean rooms but be aware of the over sensitive fire alarm.
Pros:

Good central location. Rooms were clear and tidy.

Cons:

Over sensitive fire alarm. There were warnings that it would go off if the bathroom doors were open and the shower running but the shower stayed very steamy so it’s not surprising it went off. Not once but twice. Staff seemed to know this was a major issue. Good to know the fire alarm works but it was too sensitive.

Rooms were also very hot.

It's a clean, very reasonable, functional and well-located.
Pros:

Room was great with a large balcony overlooking the high street. It was very clean and comfortable although the entrance and lift area were 'tired' and a little dirty. The location was very good and central for all the local amenities. It was good value for money and I would recommend as a reasonable place to stay and ideal if you are attending a function in the town.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee tasted nasty. The staff were very nice though.

Pros:

Frankie was a fantastic customer service representative who went out of her way to help accommodate my early check-in request and made it as smooth as possible for the multiple rooms I had booked. Thank you for your help and the great communication you provided.

Cons:

The rooms look dated and the chairs in the rooms were stained which weren't appealing to sit on.
Also, there was a temperature gauge in the room that looked like a thermostat. Unfortunately there was no air-con installed so it basically was just a temperature gauge which seemed extremely pointless other than to tell you it was 25c in the room...
