Except for the mad Irishman pretty good.
Pros:

Clean comfortable and well located

Cons:

Unfortunately you can’t pick your neighbours. An Irish festival in the pub and a mad Irishman drunk decided to play his accordion at 1030. Not happy.

Good pub room for the price
Pros:

Fairly decent for a pub room.
Friendly staff.
The whole pub area including the room was exceptionally clean.
Great food at the pub.

Cons:

No door on the ensuite. Didn't matter for us but might for others.
Upstairs room 15 quite noisy as it was above the air conditioning units (I think)

Great value for money at the perfect central venue. Shared toilet but quiet and comfy bed and towels

This was my second time staying here, and it was still excellent. Great value for money. Great food downstairs. Save parking. Friendly staff

Okay I suppose for the price
Pros:

There were plenty of cafe’s and we had breakfast at Kaffeinne which was nearby.
The dinner we had at accommodation was very good.
We didn’t expect stairs outside and a rough car park.

Cons:

The outside stairs, corridor, room door and window in need of repair.
The bed and room were clean and comfortable.
