Nice hotel to enjoy the attractions and lifestyle of Zagreb at a central location
Pros:

The hotel is at a very good location, not directly in the center but on the main street and walking distance (10-20 minutes) to all major attractions. The personnel at the reception were always kind, happy and helpful. The room was renovated in a modern style and larger than expected. The breakfast was fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Hotel Park 45

Cons:

The breakfast area is relatively small, it would not be comfortable if there was a large group inside. Also there is almost no lobby and bar area, other than a few chairs at the reception. If needed to meet and talk with some friends you might wish to go outside the hotel.
