Umístění hotelu v centru. Příjemný personál i prostředí hotelu. Skvělá snídaně s velkým výběrem.

Hotellets respektlösa agerande förstörde vår länge emotsedda resa till Zagreb, där vi planerade att fira födelsedag.
Pros:

Läget. var bra för våra planer i Zagreb.

Cons:

Vi hade bokat och förbetalt för tre dygn, men vid lunch andra dagen fann vi att vårt bagage hade packats ihop och flyttats till receptionen utan förvarning. Senare på dagen fick vi veta att vi hade gjort något som stred mot hotellets regler och hade därför blivit avvisade. Det vi hade gjort var att min fru hade tagit ner en tavla som hängde vid sängen alldeles över hennes huvud. Hon har dåliga erfarenheter av just denna tavelplacering och ställde därför tavlan bredvid sängen med avsikt att återplacera den vid utcheckning. Nu fann personalen att tavlan hade tagits ner och vi fick bara veta att vi blivit avvisade. Receptionspersonalen gav oss ingen förklaring utan gav oss en e-postadress dit vi kunde maila för att få reda på vad som föranlett denna bryska och förödmjukande hantering. Via e-post fick vi senare på dagen veta att det var tavelnertagningen som var anledningen till hotellets agerande. Denna respektlösa hantering av hotellgäster gör att vi bestämt avråder eventuellt intresserade att ta del av detta hotells tjänster.

Boa localização, atendimento e estrutura.
Pros:

O atendimento na recepção é muito atencioso, com os recepcionistas sempre sendo solícitos e simpáticos. Destaco também o ótimo café da manhã, além da estrutura e tamanho do quarto, que tem um espaço considerável.

Cons:

O quarto era de frente para a rua e nela passa o Tramvaj. Mesmo com o vidro duplo na janela você houve o barulho e sente a vibração do veículo, o que pode prejudicar o sono de pessoas mais sensíveis.
Outro ponto que não gostei foi do ar condicionado. Apesar dele ser bem moderno e digital, a impressão que tenho é que ele sempre desligava sozinho no meio da noite e sempre acordávamos pela manhã com bastante calor. Ou ele deve ser consertado, ou devem haver explicações claras em relação ao seu funcionamento.

Perfect location with parking.
Pros:

Best location ever with the bonus of having a parking right next to it. Breakfast was fresh, varied and abundant. The room was pleasant.

Cons:

The fact that we couldn't extend our stay till evening. However, they did offer to keep our luggage and provided clean private bathroom for us to change and freshen up.

Fabulous location!
Pros:

The location is fabulous- so close to all the sites and a short walk from the train station. We received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived. The lovely man on reception gave us a map and showed us where everything was. He also recommended some places to eat, which we did go to and they were fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and there is a great breakfast included. We were very happy with our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Cons:

I personally found the bed way too soft for my taste. It was strange because at all the other places we stayed in Croatia the beds were firm.

Best family run hotel in Zagreb
Pros:

All the staff excellent, the owner and his family amazing lovely people, they all went far and beyond to make my stay just lovely..Location, cleanliness, comfort superb.
Breakfast was nice, exactly how I like it.
Highly recommend I decided when ever I will be coming to Zagreb, I will stay here as it felt like home but with superior comfort.

Pros:

Konumu gerçekten harikaydı. Araç için otopark var (ek ücretli ama otel tarifesi otoparkın kendi tarifesinden uygun). Kahvaltı avrupadaki diğer butik otellere göre çok tatmin ediciydi. Personel çok güleryüzlü oda gayet büyüktü

Clean, good location and great breakfast.
Pros:

Very helpful staff and good breakfast. There were so many choices for the breakfast. Parking on site a plus, the cost was expected for the location. Room was very clean.
