Smelled of stale smoke in room, tv etc didn’t work for the price I paid it was shocking
The breakfast was far more than I expected. I like that there was a full Scottish breakfast available along with all of the other fruits, yogurt, cereals, etc..

The air conditioning was not working and by the the time a fan was provided I had lost all my nights sleep. Terrible experience.

The room was clean, and bed was comfy.
The breakfast said a full Scottis, however, with no bacon or potato scone options it was very limited. Breakfast felt chaotic,with everyone banging into each other, staff included.
5 minute walk to the airport.
For £280 a night you would expect to have two matching pillows, which provided some level of support, instead spent the night laying on our hands.
Restaurant food, equivalent to poor pub grub, do not expect it to be of standard of Hilton Hotels.

Very expensive as they use very high dynamic pricing for gig nights.
Stained carpets on our floor.
Shower tray was very grimey looking - needs bleaching.
Couldn’t get a drink after gig despite waiting ages in queue - poor staffing levels.
Breakfast was chaotic - no glasses or cups, had to wait ages for restocking of hot food. Didn’t replenish pastries so had a stale mini muffin.

Unfriendly staff except for girl on reception at check in who couldn’t have been more helpful. Chaotic self service breakfast with poor selection of lukewarm food. Limited selection of beers available at the bar.
