Colours & decor of room, mattress & pillow super comfy, great size of room. Convenient location after dropping off rental car nearby & walking to airport in about 5 minutes. Great staff.
A couple of menu items on dinner menu were not available at 6pm. Also, it would be beneficial to have explanations on table to indicate you give your order at the bar and meal will be brought to your table.

Location was perfect. Our hosts were warm, gracious and comforting. Their knowledge of Ft William was insightful and very helpful . We hope we’ve made some life long friends

Niekde by mala byť uverejnená mapa, ako sa peši dostať z letiska na hotel. Prejst peši s kuframi cez kruhový objazd bola výzva, prechod pre chodcov by tu mal mať riadne značenie, nie len znižený obrubník.

No minibus to the airport. You need one! It was cold and wet out!
Great location for both the airport and tram
Our flight was delayed so we only got to our room at 4am. With our next flight in the evening we planned to let both our baby and ourselves sleep in as long as possible. Just before 9am we woke to a very faint knock on the door whilst our door opened. My husband lept up to check but the door had already shut. When he checked the corridor the cleaners had the trolleys out so we can only assume it was one of them. It was very disappointing and confusing as not only did it wake us all up, there was also no need for our room to be cleaned as we were checking out at 12! We can only assume it was a mistake, but I’m glad I wasn’t a solos traveller in the room or I would’ve gotten a terrible fright. We went down to breakfast and noticed most of the tables hadn’t been wiped, and we noticed a worker clear the plates from one but not wipe the table. This uncleanliness was also confirmed when my husbands fork was filthy and the baby’s highchair too. We also felt it wasn’t very professional to see the staff once breakfast had shut all help themselves and walk out of the breakfast area with plates of breakfast for themselves and sit in the corner. I’ve never in my life written a bad review for anywhere, but unfortunately after staying here in the past we felt it was not at all what it used to be. Definitely not worth the money and will be staying elsewhere next time 🙁
The only two positives- a good breakfast and a clean room.
Very disappointed in Hampton/Hilton. This is a "cattle car" operation - herd 'em, herd 'em out. Very small room for three people - maybe 200 sq. feet, or less. Barely enough room to walk around the beds! Way overpriced for what is provided - over $300 for one night/one room, I would expect more! The hotel is designed to accommodate people using the nearby Edinburgh Airport - so the hotel is obviously operated like a drive thru. Next!

Poor range of evening meal. Small potions and very basic
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Quiet hotel despite being near the airport. And being so close to the airport is wonderfully convenient.
My only complaint is that the mugs in the room came with flat thin wooden stirrers rather than teaspoons, but I accept that having a proper teaspoon is just my personal preference and the stirrers do the job.
Chose for the convenient location for late night arrival after very long flight. Clean room, friendly staff and easy access to terminals.
